Dr. Palceski came into the office and instantly put me at ease. He asked me what I wanted from the visit. He listened and gave me the best plan of care to achieve my goals. He broke down each goal into attainable steps with complete details and made sure I understood the plan. He gave me estimates and let me decide what I wanted to do without pressure. He also pointed out a few areas of concern and was sure to have his staff schedule follow up to address the issues. I am looking forward to building a relationship with the Dr as well as his staff.

I loved my time at Reflections Derm yesterday. The office is beautiful & the staff is so accommodating & pleasant.
