I recently had my car serviced at Dimmitt Cadillac, Clearwater. Patricia was my contact agent and was wonderful. I had an extended warranty from a private party and she worked well with them to get me the best price on the repair. She kept me updated through the whole process. My car was fixed correctly and I am very satisfied with Trisha and Dimmitt Cadillac.

I was traveling and got a problem with the A/C. Made an appointment online and got the service right away when I arrived home. Service and others details were done promptly because I was leaving again the following day.

Purchased a second-hand vehicle that had been traded in.was treated no differently than if I had been purchasing a brand-new, fully loaded, Caddie. Patrick was an absolute pleasure to deal with.genuine, honest, reliable, and just a nice person. I highly recommend this dealer!

Sold me a used car… 2 WEEKS later the engine needs to be replaced. No help from them at all.
Update* They replied to this review, I called the number they provided (many times) and left a voicemail. But they ignore it.

We had a great experience with Ian Harrison at Dimmitt Cadillac. He helped every step of the way and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Ian and Dimmitt Cadillac.

We just moved here from Washington state, and I was very impressed by the first-class customer service I received at Dimmitt Cadillac of Clearwater. Sheila Lytle helped me with everything, and they provided a shuttle ride home since the service was going to take longer than I anticipated. Everything planned was completed on the vehicle, and it was returned in spotless condition.

If you’re going to Dimmitt ask for Rami he’s a five-star gentleman that has done nothing but take care of us and answer all our questions. He’s been with them for quite some time and is very knowledgeable in all areas of his profession. His office is inside the show room on the right side by the door, That most of the Dimmitt family (sales personnel) & people are always in and out of all day. We didn’t feel pressured or anything from the time we walked in to the time we left he was very kind, polite and helpful so once again, if you’re going there, I highly recommend that you ask for him and can say that you will not be disappointed.shouts out to you in Rami.

Shawn Burns was amazing throughout this entire ordeal of waiting for a part for my car. He kept me updated on a regular basis. He was so helpful in proving me a lender (sand Leslie) so that I could get to work every day. And Bill for making sure I got my car back immediately covering for Shawn while he was on vacation. All this was made possible through Dimmitt Cadillac and the great employees! I will be a forever customer with the awesome service!

My husband and I traded a vehicle in for a new to us truck. We had the truck for 15 days when the engine went. No one from the dealership has been helpful in resolution. I understand that things break - but the whole engine? None of our calls have been returned. This whole situation has been very stressful.

Bought my car from this chain of dealerships (great sales people), had my car serviced by them (amazing customer service). When I went to go in to see what they would offer to buy my car, it was over 20% less than competitors (lowest offer I recieved, even offer to trade it into Tesla was higher!). So that has taught me that the real value of a Cadillac is very low.

Having car issues is much less stressful when you have a great service team to turn to for assistance. Patricia Jones goes above and beyond to be sure I receive the highest level of service whether it is routine service or something a little more complicated. Thank you Trish for all you do!

Kevin Hamby with Dimmitt Cadillac has been my Service Adviser for a number of years now and has always been very informative and knowledgeable. This recent service with Dimmitt he was just as good.
Detail people did an outstanding job as well!

Purchased a new 2023 Escalade Sport Platinum out of state and was not happy with the sloppy Cadillac optioned dashcam installation. While visiting family and friends in Clearwater, Dimmitt quickly resolved in less than two hours what two other out of state Cadillac stores refused or were unable to fix. Shawn, Mike, Jack, and Tom went out their way to restore my faith in Cadillac as a luxury brand. I highly recommend this store for outstanding service. If the timing works with my trips, I plan to have Dimmitt perform all the scheduled services on my Cadillac.
