19I was there last December 27 and Mateo helped me find just what I needed, he was very kind and patient with me. It took me a long time to choose the color, however at no time did I feel pressured. Thanks Mateo, see you next time
It was a great experience, some of the employees don’t even look at you but at the Cafe we felt soooo welcome by the servers specially by the host Erica, she genuinely smile and look very very doing what she does.
The menu is very small, but has some good options.
The environment is good to the ones that love pictures.
If you go in a large group of friends you have to split the group because the tables are small.
Most of the staff don't even look at you, really snob. However, host Erika was a really welcome person, very sweet and made me feel good. I wish the rest of the staff was more welcome instead of judging people by their look.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Extremely unpleasant experience over the weekend. Saturday December 16th to be specific. My friend and I were shopping around and walked in. I didn’t notice the door was open so we made a joke about it and laughed. Immediately upon arrival an employee jumped on us asking if we wanted to visit the cafe. I didn’t even know they had a cafe. It’s a small store so we just walked around looking and talking about the items only to realize that the same employee was following us around. I did not get his name but he’s a short latino male. I tested my theory and even exclaimed “are we being followed? ” then walked to the other side of the store just for him to follow me. Very unpleasant experience for me. I will point out I am a black woman and my friend was also black. Several other people entered the store and no one was followed. Extremely tacky for a store of this caliber. Never again.
Had the best experience at this Dior location, SA John Hernandez is amazing.
When i first visited the store they did not had the bag i was looking for so he said i could pay and he had it for me next day in the in the morning. He's the best and the store is one of the most beautiful Dior stores i had visit.
I just visited the store 15 minutes ago and the customer service a man with glasses was extremely bored and unfriendly. He was constantly looking away while talking to us. At the store of this caliber they should be more attentive towards the costumer.
Never going to step into this store anymore, I rather go Bal Harbour Shops where they actually care about their customers.
Shopped everywhere in the world, Xia H and Zi are the best Mandarin speaker SA for woman store and men store. Thank you for always taking care of me and my friends.
We started by going to the women’s Dior and unfortunately couldn’t find anything for my wife but our sales person was amazing and went out of his way and offer a lot options.
After we went to the Men’s Dior and we were immediately greeted by Edgar who overheard our conversation about the recently store remodel. He welcomed us and went out of his way to help us on every way he could.
Dior is very lucky to have someone like him and we’ll definitely be back shortly.

I also had a poor experience in Dior today. The staff is pretentious and condescending. They have no interest in interacting or engaging with you. This was the only store in the Design District with such poor customer service. This confirmed why I would never purchase from a brand that treats the customers as I was treated today.

The worse DIOR I have visited. These employees do not want to be there. They don’t want to help you. They look at you measuring and with disdain.
I have purchased in Milan, Paris, NY, LA and many other Multibrand locations. By far, this is the worst staff. This is not why we buy Dior. An embarrassment to the brand. Will never buy again.

The staff was inappropriately rude since I entered and since they didn't see that I was going to buy something expensive, they looked at me badly, then I said ok, I can go to the cafe roof top I was alone and I just wanted to stay for a while for my birthday, they told me no there was availability, they put me on a list, they sent me a text to notify me, I sat in a remote place because the weather is terrible there was a storm outside and they told me you can't take photos and we don't have a waiting room, they literally kicked me out of the place, terrible human quality, I was going to give them a nice review on my birthday and they ruined everything
They sold us defected sunglasses. When we came back to return them after two days they said there's no refund you can only switch for a new pair and all of that with an attitude.
Quality of the products are awful.

My boyfriend purchased a Mini Miss Caro, the purse is so beautiful and elegant, I wore it one time (ONE TIME) and it got stained by my dress, I understand this could happen, however this purse it’s not $200 and they should mention about color stain, after I contacted Dior CS they told me it could take 3-5 business days to get a quote, so I took the purse to the Dior boutique on saks at Dadeland, the sales representative was very nice, but they told me the whole process will take no more than 1 month and it will be no more than $150. After a couple of days I got an email from Dior CS with a quote for $300 it was not was I was expecting but I understood.
Then the boutique 3 weeks after my purse was dropped off gave me a quote for $600 almost 25% of what my boyfriend paid for this purse. Outrageous. Please be aware they don’t care about a purse being new and that they don’t advertise their purses being color stain but the first use. Stay away from damaging any of your Dior products or even better don’t buy them.
Absolute awful service! Stood in here for about 20 minutes asking for help and no one would help. Horrible customer service.
Best costumer service from Charles and Dee, they went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant and enjoyable. And found me all the items I was looking for! Thank you guys so much
