7 We have been renting for 3+ years. The place is well lit and monitored. Whenever anything is going on the communication is clear and timely. Professional people in the office are friendly willing to help and answer questions.

Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. Bruce the owner is an absolute scammer. He rented us a spot than wouldn't let us use part of it because he rented the other side to an rv to big for that spot, that it took part of our. We were only there 4 months and had 2 rent increase. Absolutely ridiculous, rude, unprofessional, scammer. I would give this place negative stars if I could.
