When I went to get insurance Christina the service was terrible for me I walked in wanted to get full coverage for my PT cruiser and she demoted my request for full coverage for my car and I was displeased with her because she tried to tell me what I needed to have rather than give me what I wanted I guess a homeless person who living in his car and has good reason to have full coverage was not allowed to happen because of other people opinions matter more than the paying customer id love to say that she is so good to me but why tell me what I need and not let me decide what I need to get I'm the one paying and I guess by looking at me you would suggest that so I can save money well her choice will be examine at court because while she sold me pip with roadside assistance and the circumstances of who she emplied needed what I am going to be suing this insurance company for guidance and discrimination to assist with me to get a lesser choice because of my appearance and living conditions and I believe they intended well but I'm afraid I'm standing my ground on the fact my status of life shouldn't be a

WOW to Ms. Cristina Suarez of Deland-Direct Auto Insurance's sales department. It was such an awesome trade off to the less experienced "knock off" vehicle insurance reps I had already dealt with on this particular morning. She was the fifth person I was to speak with regarding renewing my policy at a lower rate than offered by Progressive as I was not only shopping but had spend 35 min.w/the prior rep.and as we were finalizing - THE CALL DROPPED! I was livid yet, I understood that it was meant to be in order to speak with such a wonderful intelligent, seasoned and happy at work woman. She renewed my faith not only w/Direct Auto Ins. (I was a former client) but with the entire question and answer spiel. She was such a refreshing voice as we continued to talk about my pending policy on the phone. She not only managed to go through all the necessary steps with me laughing or smiling but she UPGRADED my original plan from required state coverage to Collision w/PIP! She demonstrated throughout our conversation that she has much pride for what she does (I believe she mentioned working with Direct Auto for about 13 years) and really wanted me to get all of the insurance coverage I was needing and then some. Cristina, is hispanic and the idea that we were able to relate in spanglish made a most mundane task seem like a flirt w/life's possibilities of continued communications with the entity that hires such recognizable talents. I now can say - if this auto ins.co.hires such an asset then my faith in this ins.company seems worth keeping long term. Thank you for having such upbeat human beings for representatives to your already outstanding company.

Employees refused to unlock the door after lunch 30 mins after the sign says they will be open I left work early to come up here to deal with and issue pertaining to insurance the Employees are horrible and could care less about customer service I had 2 children in the car while it was hot she seen me outside and continued to smoke a cigarette spit and talk on the phone outside instead of even trying to do her job. It is now 214 and the door says 130 this is ridiculous there is even another customer at the door waiting outside and the employees are just sitting down not caring the least bit.

I had a huge issues with my vin and my dl was going to get suspended and when I tell you Mrs. C Suarez went beyond my expectations she even called me back and was so emphatic with me and is amazing she said she would call me Friday and she did bright and early I soooooo love this company and thank you so much mrs. Suarez I am super happy they have a client for life because of her. She is phenomenal sweet understands and wen thru everything with me

Cristina, was so awesome to talk with on the phone! She took so much pride and really wanted me to get insurance on my car so that I would not lose my drivers license. Cristina, did stuff that was not if part of her job to assist me. I'd like to hire her to represent and assist me with my business, what an Amazing person! Thank you so very much for helping me get auto insurance, and helping me keep the State of Florida from canceling my drivers license due to unknown State Farm didn't care about me or notify me my last months payment did not go through, because I forgot to update my State Farm with my new credit card and they forgot to notify me that my insurance stopped and I was going to lose my drivers license.
It would be very cool if Cristina could assist me with my homeowners insurance as well ;-)

I was so fortunate to have Cristina on the phone with just five minutes to spare before her shift ended she took the time to review my account and to take my payment. I just got out of the hospital and I was really not feeling that well to have to deal with paying bills but she really made my day because she was outgoing very friendly I had a great personality and had a great personality I really wish I could get agents like her with all of my phone calls. She needs to be promoted in my opinion and train other agents to be just like her

I called in to renew insurance this lady Christina Suarez was so awesome she gave me information on my insurance I didn’t know she corrected the wrong she made me feel so great about renewing my insurance she needs to teach others to be professional as she was and is I was having a bad day but when phone call was finished my mood was so much better again Christina thank
