I was freaking out cuz I only read part of my renewal email and thought it was good to go until a friend told me nope you have to call to keep them. I called today and spoke with David Smith and that man is awesome. He said I wasn't late calling in like I thought I was and was very patient answering my questions. He asked if I have received me insurance cards and I said not sure cuz checking my mail box is another thing I slack at. He told me no worries and emailed them to me. Direct Auto you guys are very lucky to have David Smith. Very polite, patient and very helpful. In my book that man is awesome. Thank you David for all the help

This is the worst experience EVER- I had an accident and was not at fault per the police report. My adjuster Carson Densmore, who was also assigned as my analyst told me that i pay my deductible $1000 and that was that and it would be resolved in 5-7 business days. After calling everyday for 2 weeks, he was impossible to get a hold of and when he did answer he would blatantly hang up on me. 3 weeks later I receive a letter in the mail stating that I was found 90% at fault and am responsible for my own damages. I call and call and call, only to be hung up on again. I have full coverage and was found not at fault and this company is refusing to fix my vehicle. The police report is clear the other vehicle failed and I was not at fault. This is ridiculous, and this company is the worst company and this is illegal. Negligence…

My Direct Auto rep David was extremely helpful and helped me with getting the lowest down payment and best rates, compared to all of the other rates I received from other companies. He also explained all of the coverage and the importance of each item. So glad I called!
