The claims department is horrible they lie and then just ignore you calls. My car has not been adjusted in a month and they are ignoring my calls. Will be seeking a lawyer. The price maybe good but don't have a accident and need to make a claim.

She was very helpful and very kind aware of all abilities for my insurance policy and also was able to contact her and wait to pay until I had the funds to pay

Terra Girlando (Lead Sales Agent) was very pleasant, professional and most of all took outstanding care of me and my needs regarding auto insurance, what impressed me the about Terra was that she made me feel like I was family, from beginning to end of our interaction she articulately shaped my policy to exactly what I needed and was very instrumental with describing every detail that placed me very comfortable with what she provided me with and everything that I needed, in all honesty Terra took a personal interest and gave me an experience that I've "never" received, from a sales perspective, Terra made me feel very comfortable through out my entire experience. In my opinion, Terra is a very valuable asset to Direct Auto Insurance & definitely is well deserving of recognition for her outstanding performance & a job well done.
