A very expensive and bad experience with an incompetent agent who gave me wrong quotes and coverage. No one from Direct is helping me through this mess. Local offices not open during business hours and not answering phones.

I went in this morning to get auto insurance. I was quoted one price on the website but when I went into the building I was told that it would be an extra $150 because I’ve been convicted of a crime. Now. I have been convicted of a crime.but not for what was on the computer. It was false but the agent said he couldn’t do anything.

Unbelievable, I just literally got my license to drive husband has gone here we have emailed even been on the phone with them about this and now they said we lied about me his wife having a drivers license and want to cancel. This by far is ridiculous. Worst business ever. Like we took my license here had someone scan it the moment I got it. And nope “they weren’t informed” worst place ever. What kind of customer help is this? Honestly we had called cause we had sold our truck and didn’t take it out also. Rediculous they need to update and find a better system.

Just spoke with a customer service rep. And I’m sure the person wasn’t at this location but the rep was rude and had a trash attitude if I could give 0 stars I would this rep needs to be found immediately

Called in about a quote I had prepared and the Agent was very empathetic and listened to my needs. He was very knowledgeable. The call was quick and convenient.

My agent went above and beyond on helping me with my policy. He is a great asset to your company.

I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I GOT MY POLICY IN MARCH. EVERYTHING WAS FINE TIL I WAS CHARGED $147 MORE MY 2ND MONTH THAN WHAT I WAS TOLD. ANDREW WAS THE PERSON ASSISTING ME AND HE WAS RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. HE DID’NT TRY ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND HE WAS IN THE WRONG. PRIOR TO THAT I HAD CALLED THAT STORE 15 TIMES AS SOON AS THEY OPENED AND GOT NO REPLY. I ASKED IN PERSON WHY DID’NT THEY ANSWER AND HE REPLIED THEY WERE BUSY. NO CUSTOMERS WERE IN THERE JUST ANOTHER WORKER. I EVEN CALLED JUST TO SEE IF THEY WOULD ANSWER CONSIDERING HIS ANSWER AND NO ONE STILL ANSWERED. THIS IS A TERRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I KNOW PEOPLE WHO ARE INSURED THROUGH THEM. I WILL DEFINITELY PASS THIS ONTO THEM IMMEDIATELY.
