The representative that assisted me was Richard. Richard was so helpful, very pleasant and patient. He was extremely informative and we even shared a few laughs during the process. Which unbeknownst to him, really helped me a lot because I was having a very overwhelming morning. Really, really great guy.

Could not even understand the gentleman speaking he was going through the spiel completely fast. I asked him three times to slow down and he would not. It was kind of comical.

Worst customer service ever went in today at 3: 00pm and the white gentleman brown hair sitting to the right was super nonchalant, didn’t GAF what I was saying and acted in human as if he doesn’t live in this world too.kept saying it’s nothing he could do for me. He didn’t even try. I left completely devastated, highly upset, and disappointed. Some people should not work in Customer Service. When they Lack kindness.

I had the great customer service from Rebecca Lopez at the south Tampa location very helpful with all the details on my quote for my insurance and she answered all my questions I had and I was super very happy with the quote and full details of my new insurance. Anyone needing insurance this is the lady to go see… I’d be giving her 10 STARS!

Went to the store today at 152 S Dale Mabry and I was greeted by a young gentleman Jason G Delagrange wish help me with my quote and he did a great job all be glad to recommend my friends and coworkers to Direct auto insurance
