Purchased a cap and had it embroidered with my own “saying”. It was so much fun from start to finish.

I have been bringing items to be embroidered for my association to be used as awards. They are very precise and make sure they get everything right.

We had a very last minute gift idea for the Dr. @ our office and stopped in to ask a few questions, before we knew it Christina took one look at an idea we had in mind and created exactly what we wanted! With Christmas just a few days away she had our order done and ready for pickup within 24hrs! If I can give this business 10️ I would!

Excellent experience with this company- needed 60 tee shirts for a wrestling tournament stat- they got the job done beautifully and early. Great prices. Christina was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all emails and questions. Highly recommend!

I have been using Direct Embroidery for the last year and I cannot put into words how wonderful they are. From having my company logo embroidered onto different pieces to having gifts for my nieces monogrammed, everything they make is wonderful quality and done with exceptional customer service. I live out of Georgia now and still bring things back with me every time I visit to get embroidered with Direct Embroidery. 10/10 recommend!

Very high quality embroidery! We had brought in different colored shirts so the colors to be used were indefinite, we had asked them to choose the colors that would best pop out.
And this place sure did deliver, we are more than satisfied with the quality and overall service provided!

The shirts came out okay, but they were way overpriced, the medium fits more like a small, they weren't able to copy the graphic I brought in, part of the graphics are going into my armpit and are pixelated and low-quality, and it took me from September 21st until October 19th to get only five shirts. Also, they forgot exactly what I wanted twice, even though they'd written it down and it was in an email. They offered to ship the shirts for free, but even then, they weren't shipped nor delivered on time. Nothing else was been offered to assuage the situation, besides a credit for future business with them, which I would not do again after this experience.

Audrey and her team are nothing but respectful, prompt and lovely to work whit. As a Marketing Director, I am in charge of all apparel for the company which means I lean on Audrey pretty hard. She communicates every step of the way so I know what’s going on in the crazy world. The work they do is spot on and they work with you on the varieties of colors/specific artwork needed to complete the job. I can not say enough about their team and the quality they provide. Thank you Audrey & your team for excellent work!

When we went into the very small store front the said they could turn around a very small job in 2 days and when we showed up to pick up the shirts they had put our logo in the wrong location all together.

Audrey who works the front desk could not pay attention as her two small children were running around as I was trying to explain where the logo was to be on the shirt.

Audrey was beyond defensive when I came back in to show her the shirt. She agreed it was a huge mistake on their part but would not refund me my money back as she said the owner was not easy to deal with.

Great Design, Excellent embroidery! Efficient helpful staff!

I just picked up a baseball cap for my partner. Their team made the design as I described it and sent me a photo for my approval before doing the embroidery. The design was wonderful, the finished product looks amazing. My husband was thrilled with the cap!

The price was surprisingly low for the quality of the work! I am dazzled! They are saving the design for
other items we plan to have made!

We contacted Direct Embroidery a few short weeks before our ladies event at church. We wanted a t-shirt that would help commemorate our event. We provided them a rough draft of what we were thinking and they came back with a beautiful design! The T-shirts turned out amazing!
