All honesty I was a little upset at first with the price we started off on a bad note but overall I was I was impressed with the service. The movers was quick, very polite Terran was the best he took his time with itemizing all of my items took his time, explaining everything I couldn’t believe how impressed I was my neighbors was Stopping and watching asking questions about the moving company I highly recommend this company to anyone give them a try you won’t regret it.

I called Direct Relocation Services about my move with less than 24-hours notice. They had a crew of solid guys at my door the morning that I needed them the most! They did an amazing job and I will recommend them to everyone I know who’s about to move. 10/10 quality service

Great experience on our end moving from GA to FL. Mike, the driver, was awesome and super helpful.

5 stars easy. The movers were really accommodating and had things handled from the get-go. They even helped me avoid a hidden fee for transporting things long distances/up or down stairs. Everyone I've talked to was open to conversation and trying to find the best ways to work with me. A little pricey, but I would recommend to anyone wanting to get their money's worth.

Agreed to a price for moving. When it was time to schedule move price was increased for the same amount of items. Did not refund deposit or respond to emails. Told credit card company it was my fault. Lost the deposit. DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM.

Contract price was raised 3 times. We eventually ended up paying over $12,000 for a move from Georgia to Florida. As of this time, we have paid them the entire cost and our items have not been delivered to Florida, even though they demanded final payment on Jan 17th for delivery today (Jan 18th). Note that the original delivery date was supposed to have been Jan 16th.
Called them at 3: 00 this afternoon to find out the status and they could not give me a delivery date. Demanded to speak to the Manager (Andrew). He has not returned our call. Interestingly, all our dealings with the driver and crew during the loading process were excellent. Too bad their management team doesn’t understand customer service as well as they do.

They moved me from Georgia to South Carolina. The initial contact guaranteed my price… it went up not once but twice. I was very transparent about the amount of stuff I had but no one listened. I even had to go get more boxes for them while they packed. I suggested that they may want to put the rugs in last but they did not and then complained about having to double handle my belongings. They were 1.5 hours late in delivering my things…no call, I had to call and find out where they were. The foreman’s attitude was terrible. The crew was professional and nice to work with but the sales people and foreman…not so much. Would not recommend.

They made a big shelf fit in a box! It's like magic – making things disappear but in a cool way!
