My son needed fifty points to get his Bright Futures scholarship. He did 9 sessions total: 4 math sessions with Greg and 5 reading/writing sessions with Nicole. His score jumped 110 points! They are very honest in the informational session and will tell it to you straight: if the kid puts in the work, the goal can be met. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Over the summer I was tutored by Kristen for a college level genetics course and I was blown away by my experience at Disciplined Minds. Kristen went above and beyond to make sure she reviewed every chapter and always came prepared to be able to explain each concept in incredible depth. Many of the concepts throughout the course were difficult to understand but Kristen would take the time to give alternative examples or draw out diagrams to assure that I left with a confident grasp of the material. Thanks to Kristen I ended the course with an A and could not have been happier! Kristen is not only knowledgeable in genetics but also in other upper level science courses. I wish I found her sooner!
