I always shop here. Wide range of products etc. The people are nice as much as people from Miami can actually show kindness.

I am a longtime customer of this store. Today I have to say something. I braided my hair there. Hair started falling the same day & did not last for even a week. In addition, she used some product to braid my hair without my knowledge although I always said please do not put anything on my scalp because of sensitivity.when I discovered that, she was already in half way to finishing, so I let it go. Now my scalp is very irritated. It is so itchy, I cannot sleep at night.first I contacted the beautician, & sent her an image. She did not respond. Next, I spoke to the owner. The response was like this " well why you contacted her? You should have contacted me or my assistant". He pretended to be worried the fact that I spoke to the one who did my hair, & not him when I was talking to him. That strategy used by the owner did not make any sense. That strategy worked well for the advantage of his store profit only, but not for customer. My point is that customers deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. When something like that happens, there should be some positive response for remediation/compensation. For example, It could be a small discount on the next purchase. It is unfair for a customer to just trow money away like the way I did. Hoping that you read this comment.

The hair is not bad for the price. It sheds a bit. This is the first time washing this wig since I haven’t even had for a month yet and it look good still. When buying wigs, you’re going to have to bleach the knots

One of my favorite beauty supply stores. They have a wide selection of everything you can think of. Prices are usually pretty decent and the staff is always super helpful. Especially love Ms. Sandra who is always super helpful, and Mavryn (sp?) does really good wig applications for dirt cheap.

Abu Omar which people call him mike. Is very rude and hates people. Stay away from entering this store. So expensive prices and all the staff there are very rude and not nice at all. The prices are very expensive. Stay away from this store. Do not enter this store!

I love and love shopping there the owner is nice.and the ladies there are super friendly, they will help you choose the best products for your hair and the products price are affordable, there's always something new to try.

The hair products I purchase are reasonably priced and the cost is less than other beauty supply stores. Walmart and target don't carry these products.

If you can’t find it here you won’t find it in Miami. This location has plenty of room and plenty of things to choose from. Their wing room is like another nice and private so that you can try on your unit I love the fact that it’s a hair store inside I have a store. But they also have a salon in the back. The only way to do this review was to give a star but they don't deserve it. We spent at least 30 minutes in fhis store looking at wigs. There was a woman doing someone hair but talking on a personal conversation the whole time. No one helped us or even cared. Then another woman walked by assuming we were Haitian speaking in Creole when we asked her for help she disappeared in the back& never came back out to help. So we decided to leave the worst service I've ever seen I'll never shop here & I don't recommend this Beauty store to anyone

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Don't let the name fool you, they are expensive and the workers are rude. They like to accuse the customers of stealing and will watch you like a hawk while you shop. And that security guard or whatever he is and I'm guessing the owner had a big old argument in store in the presence of customers, very unprofessional. The store is junky, there are boxes and garbage in every aisle, there is no beauty in this supply store.

Love this place friendly, aware of where their products are and will assist you if needed. The fake guard is something else though. Will follow you all around. I guess he is doing his job. Top flight security of the world Craig. Lol

I love this hair store staff here are very helpful very friendly the owner make sure you find everything that you need, Great location to buy hair always have a number of variety. Be coming to the store for 13 years

Have a wonderful stock of every items you can think of for your hair, accessories. Wigs, shampoos etc. There's nothing that you cat find and prices are great. It's a huge store and inventory is overwhelming.

Fell in love with the store the min I walked in that’s how organized & neat the store was. And not to mention they have everything. I found my mom a wig real fast was real excited.
