Discount Medical Uniforms, North Palm Beach FL

From start to finish, this place has been completely unprofessional. I ordered a jacket with embroidery almost a month ago and never received it. I went there twice and they couldn’t find my name or the order. They kept making excuses as to why the order wasn’t there. When I asked for the embroidery company, they couldn’t provide it. Finally, the young man told me maybe the girl who took my order didn’t put in it. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one. Unfair to me because not only did I pay for this, but it was for a graduation gift that has already passed. No communication, no fefund, no nothing. I will never step foot in there again just avoid the aggravation.

Owner wasn’t very personable the dog was a good touch very friendly dog. Didn’t great us when came in. Didn’t ask if we needed help or anything.

So I got my uniforms from here and my embroidery done for work. The staff was very nice but the man that works there is amazing! One day on my way to work I spilled something on my scrubs pants and called the store. He was literally about to close in 2 mins and I wasn’t close. He waited for me AND he picked out some scrub bottoms to match my top. So kind and really made my night

Awesome place and amazing prices! Bought scrubs 1.5 years ago and needed replacements. Super helpful lady (likely owner/manager) pulled up account and had the scrubs waiting for me with my name on. Super, Super!

Great shopping experience. Haley was super helpful and gave me great suggestions as it is my first time buying scrubs. She ordered pants and called me when they arrived.

I went to Discount Medical Uniforms to buy scrubs and none of the employees were wearing masks. It is upsetting that a business catering to medical professionals so blatantly disregards the county mask mandate and CDC recommendations. It is disrespectful and ignorant. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They are always very nice to me. Great customer service. I love this place. They have the cutest scrubs. Amy is the best.

Bill and his staff are amazing! Went out of their way to make sure amour scrubs were ready for our staff pictures! All this while a pandemic is going on. Highly recommended and this is the ONLY scrub store I would ever shop. Thank you so much!
