Made an appointment for a tire repair. The front office was courteous and greeted me when I arrived. Cody helped me with a tire repair and was incredibly professional and thoughtful. Thank you!

I had a nail in a tire, which they'll repaired. Since I was there, I had my tires rotated and balanced. Of course I purchased my tires and rims there as well as the certifications.

I recently had the most unforgettable customer service experience ever. Pulled up to Discount Tire after closing time, happened to see an associate mopping, doors were locked. I tapped on glass desperately needing assistance with a completely flat tire on passenger front side of my car. Ariel, Cole and another associate (changed tire) were incredibly helpful. Made my day. #1 Customer Service ever.

Ariel got me checked in very quickly. After a 3-5 minute wait, Cody walked out to the truck with me and checked over the tires. Shortly after, they mounted and balanced the 4 rear tires on my dually. These gentlemen were easy to work with and could answer all of my questions. Thanks guys! You were very helpful.

I've been a customer for decades and I will never go anywhere else. Time and again they have been fast, competent, and honest with me. On many occasions they have gone far above and beyond their obligations. These are good folks. I am a customer for life.

We love Discount Tire. While driving on a 900 mile trip home from Disney World the car started shaking. We knew we had to get it checked out. We pulled into Discount Tire and within an hour on a holiday weekend they balanced and rotated our tires and had us back on the road. The staff were so helpful with our situation. It is now our number one place to go for everything dealing with our wheels.

Very punctual. Too bad they received the wrong size tires, but the other store had them and it only took an extra 15 minutes. They credited the difference in price which I had not realized was for the 20".

Super friendly and I had 2 of my kids with me who were bouncing off the walls the whole time in the waiting room. They were very patient with us. Would recommend them for sure

Excellent service always enjoyed going to have tires service there. Employees very polite and work hard to get your vehicle done at a timely manner. Great deal on tires and they help in any way they can to serve your needs on buying tires.
