Worst tire place I have ever been to. I was a walk in and waited over 2 hours till my tires were changed.

This is a top notch tire store. It’s proven because of the positive ratings and it’s always busy. The guys working there are super helpful and attentive - thought we lost those qualities after Covid. The pricing is competitive with nearly any other tire shop and the waiting area is clean. For four tires, mounted and balanced, it took about an hour and I was continually updated via texts. I will happily visit them again when my next car needs tires.

Woke up to this, fortunately I was able to get to Discount Tire and they repaired it for free!

Everyone was super nice and as a walk in it only took 1.5 hours, shorter than the estimated time even!

The guys at Discount Tire came to my rescue! I had a punctured tire and had gone to two other tire shops in the area (who both told me I needed an appointment for a patch - it was a Saturday and I was told to come back on Monday. Not sure how I could have driven there with a flat nor how they expect folks to schedule appointments for unknown flats, but hey, what do I know). By the time I got to Discount Tire, they were slammed, about an hour before closing. But they were super accommodating and very nice. No questions asked, they said they would take care of me and they did. They even stayed past closing to make sure I could drive home. I am now a customer for life and have no second thoughts about going back to this location for all my tire needs. Thank you guys so much!

Most of my reviews for businesses are very positive, and in this case, it's going to be a little less so. There are several reasons I feel this way: 1) Upon arrival, the store was a little busy and there were a couple of people in line ahead of me. That in itself is not an issue, though I
was a little turned off by the fact that nobody made some sort of a statement like, "Thanks for coming in will be with you as soon as we can"… Then, when I was helped, the person who came to help me, instead of saying something like, "Thanks for your patience, thanks for coming in this morning, how can I help you? "… instead, he said, "what brings you in, " and it was done so in less than a friendly tone. 2) When I got to the service counter for assistance, I explained what was going on and we went out to the car to check it out… he quickly identified that a couple of the tires on the car are pretty worn out even though they only have about 30,000 miles on them, plus he was inquiring about replacing the windshield wipers… oddly, I had literally just put them on the car the previous day. I was only there to get a slow leak fixed, and all of these tires are on certificates purchased with the tires at discount tire, but I felt like this was more of a sales job than simply taking care of the issue. 3) Finally, back inside, he stated it would take about 2.5 hours… I was a little shocked, and questioned why so long, especially being I have an appointment… he simply then said, "well you didn't tell me that". In fact, I had told the 1st person that checked me in, so you would think it would be visible on a computer screen that he was looking at that I'm a returning customer who purchased these tires there and did indeed have an appointment. Even saying all that, I feel instead of saying I didn't tell him, perhaps he should just apologize and make it right instead of pointing the finger at the customer. I've been going to discount tire for a while, but only the branch on Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville. I've moved closer to this store, but I certainly won't be going back there…. I'll make the longer drive to beach boulevard where I've only received outstanding service.

Appointment for 3. Got here 10 minutes early. Didn't get anyone asking me why I was here until 3: 10, while was standing at the counter. It's now 3: 52 and my truck is down to 3rd in line. What's the point of the appointment?

I had a fantastic experience at Durbin Discount Tire! Hunter, my associate was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He patiently explained all my options to me and allowed me to make the final decision w/no pressure, which I appreciated. The tire exchange process took less time than expected, and I was left with a positive impression overall. I will definitely return when I have tire needs!

Always great service when you get an online appointment ahead of time. The staff is very friendly and fast. I recommend you check them out.

I would love to give this a 5-star rating. The staff are very professional and nice. They explain everything to where anyone and everyone can understand what is happening.

The only reason I am giving this 4-stars is because the amount of time it takes to get something done is a bit on the long side. I don't go to any other place than Discount Tire. I had an emergency on the road and had to go to a different Discount Tire (in Charlotte, NC), and they did a tire swap, balance, and rotation in less than half the time it takes the people at the Durbin location.

Both the Durbin and Charlotte locations were busy when I was there, so I know it's not just because one was busier than the other.

But other than that, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Discount Tire has a customer for life!

This is the worst tire place I have been to. Employees walked right by me did not even asked if I had been helped. Stood there for about 5 minutes before another customer entered the store and was helped immediately. I did have an appointment and was told that the wait time was two to two-and-a-half hours just for a tire repair

Very helpful and honest. I found a screw in my front tire and made an appointment at discount tire to have it removed. The helpful sales/service agent checked the tire In parking lot. Removed the screw and determined it did not puncture the tire. He was honest and helpful and he stated a new tire was not needed saving me hundreds of dollars! I recommend this Discount Tire location. Thank you service agent!

Exceptional and professional service from Bishop and the technician. Did not have an appointment, but they were able to accommodate same day. Once they got the vehicle in the service was very fast. Pricing was very fair, hundreds of $$$ less than quoted by other shops in the area. Will be returning soon! Highly recommend this location. Thanks guys!

“I’m refusing you service on these tires but I’ll sell you new ones”

Brought my Tesla Model S Plaid here today and was denied service for my tire repair that simply needed a patch or plug due to a small leak. He denied service on my tire stating that my tires couldn’t handle my payload and shouldn’t be on the car, although I have aftermarket 20 inch wheels and tires, I have the exact tires that come OEM on the vehicle and the tires that Tesla, the tire shop that installed them, and the wheel manufacturer all recommended for my set up. I have over 14k miles on these tires and have had zero issues until this small leak but discount tire decided to deny service cause I guess they know better ‍️

So far my experience has been good.
I liked the way they conduct business.the transparency in business by showing the monitor display with the exact amount i will be paying at the end.

Made an appointment for the.next day. Had 2 new tires installed amd the other 2 balanced. The entire time was less then 45 minutes

The staff was very attentive and professional. I had my two back tires replaced and it only took them 19 minutes! Bishop was the person who helped me, he did a great job.highly recommend coming here.

Got a nail in my right rear tire sidewall. The tire was almost new but I didn't have road hazard warranty due to past bad experiences with that product elsewhere. My son-n-law loves the service at Discount Tire and said I needed try them and so I used this "opportunity" to do just that. Robert Honeycutt gave me a friendly smile and patient customer service as I asked for explanations on pricing, warranty and service details. Amazingly, in 17 minutes Adam (service technician) handed me my key and I was gone. Great teamwork! Thank you both!

I was able to get an appointment the next day for tires they had in stock. They took my vehicle in within 15 minutes of the appointment time and had 2 new tires mounted and balanced and the other 2 balanced with 25 minutes
