Prices were good except for $20. Per Tire installation fee. I'm in a tire store. The price should include installation. McDonalds doesn't charge extra for cooking their food and assembling the hamburger!

I bought new Perelli tires for my BMW about 8 months ago. My wife was driving and got a screw in one of my tires so I Stopped to get it out and patched on my way to work and they told me it would be 3 hours before they can get to it. It was an emergency because it was going flat. And they weren’t busy. I’ll never buy tires there again.

Called looking for a tire, they didn’t have it in stock.

I need the tire today. So I told the guy, hey I actually need it for today but thanks anyways.
Before I could finish anyways the guy just hung up on me.

This may be petty but I was very polite and then the guy just hangs up on me? Cant let me finish my sentence and say ok have a good day?

Super rude, kinda stuck with me so I had to share.
Hopefully they are a lot nicer in person.

The guys name was Snow. So hey snow next time just take a few seconds and treat people like humans that wasn’t necessary.

As the Assisant Manager he was spot on with customer service, his team patched my tire and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Bought tires online. The store called me immediately when they came in. When I showed up everyone was attentive at the store and helpful. Great customer service.

I made an appointment for 10am this morning and was taken right away. From start to finish I was only in there for an hour. The gentleman I spoke with told me making an appointment was a very good idea otherwise I might have been there a little bit longer. The people there are polite and efficient. I came away happy and feeling very secure on some nice new tires.

This place is no BS. Came to the shop because my dealer gave me the run around. Gents here gave my car a lookover, called for warranty help from the manufacturer, got me a discount and got my tires. Great price and service. Only downside is this place can get busy. Spent about 2 hours getting the tires done, but I guess that's the price to pay for quality.

Had my Jeep Wrangler in to get some new wheels and bigger tires recently. Shawn worked with me to get the right wheel offset and the bigger tires that I wanted. Shawn and Marshall both made sure there were no clearance issues when the new tires were mounted and they made sure I was happy with the purchase. Extremely happy with my purchase and the outstanding service from Shawn and his team! Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I can appreciate a company that sets a schedule an appointment and actually follows through to the best of their ability. Thank you to the company and the staff for making this all possible. These guys have a great attitude and really do want to help I would highly recommend this location.

I highly recommend this particular Discount Tire Store. After having a flat tire while traveling from North Alabama to South Florida, Discount Tire took care of us very quickly and with excellent customer service. The Owner was nice and his staff was very kind! If you need a tire service place in this area, check them out!

Wow! Super impressed with the quality of service at this location. Marshall took his time kindly explaining everything to me (and then my husband on the phone). He was so professional and I actually believe it when they say "safety is their number 1 priority. " I can't give enough praises. Great place get people, took care of tires, all new, with chrome value caps, Thanks discount tires, an the great people there, I'm a Discount Tire Fan for life, my chrome value caps were stolen off my van a week later, bummed me out
