Swimming with manatees was on my bucket list and I did it, thanks to the guidance and collaboration of Discover Crystal River - Visitors Center we contacted them and they kindly helped us to select the perfect place to stay, with whom to do the experience of swimming with manatees in a safe and responsible way, and of course where to eat well in the city.

I really would love to come back someday as only 2 days felt too short, this is a very peaceful and relaxing place where you need at least 3 days.

With my wife we decided to visit Crystal River, so we coordinated via email with Jodi from the Discover Crystal River visitor center, so that she could advise and guide us with an itinerary to enjoy the beautiful town with springs and refuge for the beautiful Manatees.
The attention and help they gave us to have an itinerary that allows us to enjoy the most in 2 days was key to our enjoyment. They helped us choose an excellent company that snorkels with manatees in a responsible and friendly way with these beautiful creatures, where to stay and also where to eat delicious. We are very grateful for the advice they gave us and we hope one day to return to continue seeing these beautiful manatees and enjoy the town for more time.
