It is very difficult if you are not good at English. It was a journey that helped me understand the location of Asians who are not familiar with English. If a Korean, or even a couple without children, goes there, I want to stop them. I was so dissatisfied with the meal and service that it was a waste of money.

The Disney WISH this time is a new ship, and as the onboard broadcast says, "Beautiful WISH, " it was beautiful and full of Disney characteristics. The cabin was comfortable, and the Arendelle Restaurant, MARVEL Restaurant, and 1923 Restaurant were all well-designed and I had fun eating there. Recommended for those who like Disney.

Hated there was no area to separate kids from adults at the pool like on all the other cruise ships. The food wasn’t as good as usual definitely want be doing the new cruise ships anymore.

Disney is not what it used to be, now it's completely profit oriented and they really don't care about customer satisfaction nor doing what is correct, what a great disappointment. I just had a terrible experience at a Disney Cruise, and I have contacted Disney Cruise help many times just to receive very poor service and indifference from all of the Executive Guest Correspondents that I have contacted. Not at all what I expected. I have requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and I have been told rudely by the Guest Executive Correspondents that there is no one above them and that I can keep calling, but no one will care about my problem. I went to 2 Disney Cruises this year with my family of 4, and this how Disney Cruise Lines demonstrate how they really care about their customers. Disney Cruise Lines should really learn one or two things from Amazon, and many others that do care.

While the ship was amazing and beautiful the cruise and whole experience was a let down and sub par.

The best cruise line. Crew goes above and beyond. Everything on the ships are always top notch.

7 night Caribbean Cruise on the Disney Fantasy. First time and both of us loved it. Deluxe stateroom with balcony. Will definitely go again with Disney Cruise Line.

Recently got off the Disney Wish and it seriously dropped the rating from my preference for this cruise line; overpriced. Extremely disappointing experience. Seriously, unless we can get a good deal on one of the older ships, we are considering never using this cruise line again. This new ship is not worth what all the hype is about.

Participated in first Disney Vacation Club Members Cruise on the Disney Wish. Cast members are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The ship and common areas are well maintained, as well as the staterooms. There are plenty of activities to participate in for both adults and children. Castaway Cay is awesome, as is the BBQ. I'm looking forward to the next cruise.

Disney is the best. Even as a senior there is plenty to do. The foods are better than any other cruise line. The live shows were outstanding. The movies were fantastic. The service is excellent.

The Wish is a terribly designed ship. Turns me off to another Disney cruise. Very small spaces. Elevator size was clearly sacrificed. It’s like cramming people into a horizontal pez dispenser. Buffet is a very old cruising horseshoe layout without enough room for people to pass each other and barely enough for one person yo pass the lines waiting to be served. The more modern self serve open layout with islands on many new ships is much more convenient and less hectic. The pool deck is a cluster of tiny pools on different levels that really feels like you’re getting in a bucket with a dozen or so other people. Some of those are kiddie pools. There is one adult pool in the back flanked by two useless things you first think are hot tubs but really are circular tiled high back seats with water drizzling down into a foot soak tub. Stupid, as they could have done away with those and made the adult pool twice its size. Besides that, there is the aqua mouse that is the only real standout feature or activity so be prepared to wait and deal with occasional shutdowns. If you look for a hot tub, there is ONE.yes, one. Kids were disappointed with Vibe. Not much for teenagers there compared to other cruise lines and the counselors started out with a confusing talk about themselves, their tattoos and lip piercings…. Weird. The dinner at Arendelle was gross. Every bit of it. The scallops on the pie crust looked promising until you crack the crust and are greeted by a broth that tastes like dirty dish water. Everything else we had there was overly flavored with cloves and other overly aromatic spices. 1923 dinner was great though. Shows were Disney quality and plenty, I mean plenty of sitting areas on deck so if you like Disney musical theater and plenty of places to sit, look, look, and sit…this is your ship. The lunch buffet has amazing lamb and crab legs so that was a highlight. Just VERY disappointed that so little thought was put into the actual guest experience and amenities. Clearly this ship banks on the Disney theme and charges you a HUGE premium compared to much nicer ships from other cruise lines that offer so much more for everyone of all ages. The usual argument that you pay for Disney service does not apply. Same service as any other cruise I’ve been on.

NOT JUST FOR KIDS.
Disney Cruise Line is just a cut above the rest when it comes to quality, cleanliness, and service. One worker was wiping base boards and when I walked by they stopped, said hello, and asked if I needed help with anything. Like that, just a cut above the rest.

Unbelievable the crew looks to your ever want or need, a once in lifetime experience that you get to do again and again

It was a good cruise, so I'm comparing to royal caribbean, the food was a little better in quality but not as much in choice compared to RC, more choices on ice cream than RC, the wait service was better than RC, the room attendant was better than the last RC cruise we went on. The ship the wish wich is still new and in its inaugural year was really nice and well maintained and clean. Over all enjoyed the cruise.

Now cast away cay was a major let down, it was run down and kept up at all, the restrooms were disgusting.

All I need to really say is 28 out of our 30 cruises have been on DCL. Needless to say we love it and not just because it’s Disney. The ships and crew are always the best.

I want to first start off this review by saying that I am not a fan of the ocean and I am not a fan of boats. So going on this cruise ship was quite a feat for somebody like myself that is not accustomed to travel in for long periods of time in a very small enclosed area. Disney makes everything so easy to forget about your anxiety and just enjoy the time that you are on the boat. The staff is nothing short of superior. The accommodations are outstanding. I also have it on good authority that they treat their employees so much more superior to other cruise ship lines. The food was incredible, the access to unlimited ice cream soda, coffee juice and tea really just made the trip that much easier with a family of five. I could go on more about how my time on this cruise was incredible. But I'll let you discover that when you decide to take the leap. I can also say confidently that we will be taking more Disney cruises in the future.
