Disney Institute.where the foundation of COURTESY, SAFETY, SHOW and EFFICIENCY is laid! Thank you to facilitaors like Mark M.and Fernando B.for going above and beyond to help teach us Walt's formula for success! Thank you also to the institute's James K.for showing me Disney's culture first hand when he proactively/kindly arranged time sensitive transportation to my sick child at an entirely separate, distant Disney park!
