Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Kissimmee FL

We love Animal Kingdom Lodge Jamba house we always enjoy the serenity. With the exception of Boma.the breakfast was not any different than a Dennys. Not that Dennys doesn't serve a good breakfast but at $41 per person you expect wonderful. I would not go to Boma.they a total of 3 African inspired dishes that were less than average in taste and presentation. Will not recommend or return to that restaurant. Sanaa was wonderful and authentic.

False advertisement. Giraffes don't get near the balconies. Very small sighting of animals.

Amazing hotel, the animal views depending on where you are and when. The keepers try to keep them interested but animals are going to animal.

The staff and view is amazing, the restaurant in the resort (boma). Is the best place I have ever eaten!

Animals, amazing customer service, and beautiful property. I think our favorite thing about this resort is the food. They have some of the best restaurants in Disney and we don’t really like staying anywhere else. Everywhere you walk even as you’re walking to your room there are places for you to see safari animals. Giraffes, antelope, and so many rare types of birds Are everywhere you look. As soon as you get there, the bellhop will take all of the luggage out of your car, and actually take it all the way to your room. While we are staying there, housekeeping came every single day and cleaned our room. The only thing that was tough is how far the Kodani village is from the actual main jumbo resort. The pool was OK and we loved all the hot tubs. Definitely bring a pool floaty and make sure that you bring some money for drinks. It was a beautiful day, and we are so thankful for this opportunity. Definitely recommend and bring the kiddos.

Gorgeous resort! Than animals are such beautiful creatures. God's handiwork in nature is beautifully displayed. The cast members are so helpful and made me feel at home.

Beautiful hotel! Clean, comfortable, and staff are friendly. Restaurants were delicious! Plenty to do within the hotel itself, as well, from viewing animals, to activities that teach you about Africa and the many cultures within. Only downsides were how far it is from Disney Springs and all of the other parks, aside from Animal Kingdom. Also, the doors to the room must be very thin as well, as we heard each person as they walked by, and were woken up by people having conversations while walking past our door throughout the night and early mornings.
I would stay here again, though!

This was the best Vacation we've had. 4 nights here is like being in a piece of paradise. The staff was amazing and the food options are unmatched. Jiko is PHENOMENAL.

What a great place. Everyone who worked there was awesome & friendly. I will definitely go back after cancer surgery & recovery. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. It needs to be experienced at least once.

The details at this resort are outstanding. Seeing the animals outside of your room and around the property is such a nice change of pace from the busy parks. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a "different" kind of stay during their Disney trip.

Very clean hotel. Especially when you have a lot of gas that are not staying with the hotel. If you need anyting all you have to do is call downstairs.

A perfect place for rest and relaxation between busy Disney days. The atmosphere cannot be beat.

This was my first Disney resort! I loved staying at AK lodge. The resort was themed very well and there were plenty of dinning options from the reserved dining at Bama and quick service at Mara. They also have a great gift shop and transportation to and from the parks. I can’t think of anything bad to say about this hotel.

A hotel esp we didn't stay there, we went to visit it and it is spectacular. It must be amazing to wake up and feel like you are in Africa because of its decoration and its animals so close and so varied.

One of the best Deluxe Disney resorts for it's ambience, feel and cast members. When you walk into this place it's like being in another country. The atmosphere is amazing. Food choices are great and you can go to the restaurants here even if you don't stay here. Prices have definitely gone up but if you do your research and use discounts that come around it's worth the cost in most cases. Not only that but you can go over to the other part of the resort, Kidani Village and enjoy that as well.

We got pixie dusted into a safari view and were absolutely blown away, it was like getting a free view of the park or being at the zoo. We had morning coffee with Giraffes, Ostriches and Waterbuck. 10/10 would recommend, can't wait to come back and stay again.

Very disappointed in Boma for not talking the fact that I going a huge piece of plastic in my food seriously enough. On top of that it was my birthday and I thought they would be a bit more
courteous. Crazy I could have died in your restaurant in front of my wife and child on my birthday and the manager swoops it in a paper towel and walks away. Soooooooo disappointing! The lodge workers are great also! Took notice it was my birthday and made me a special pin and gave me tons of stickers 10 stars for them

They had some problems with the computer / tablet system and the hallway is VERY long but the rooms are beautiful, the decor is immersive, and the savannah view was very cool. We saw giraffes, ostriches, and some zebra.
