Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Lake Buena Vista FL

Love this resort. It is very nice and feels like a luxury resort. The restaurants here are all good and the theme pool is great.

It is not as close to any of the parks but it is still on Disney Property and has bus transproration.

I went on this trip because of the company I rep for. It was mu first time taking a solo trip anywhere. It was my first Disney experience. A dream come true. However, I left an item in the hotel room when I packed in a hurry. The blanket was white and was the same color as theirs except it had my company logo on it. As soon as I realized I had left it, I filed a lost claim when my plane landed. That was sept 18th. You're going to tell me housekeeping hasn't done the laundry in 2 weeks? Someone kept my blanket and for that I am extremely upset. Disney magic apparently means theft.

We had a fantastic time at Sangria University with Gray (don't call him Gary). Educational, fun, and boozy. Wonderful afternoon away from all the kid-friendliness!

Very nice! Stayed here for a conference. Rooms are clean and modern, staff excellent. There were only 5 dining options which is not a lot for a resort this size (huge).

Came here for a business conference. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were comfortable, the soaps in the shower smelled great. I loved the pools. The food in the quick service place was pretty good. I could have used additional vegan options. I loved the gift shop. The store clerks went above and beyond and were so kind. It's a little costly for a personal trip, but if I had the money I would love to stay here again! I also appreciated the busses to the parks!

This place was awesome. We had a great experience and a lot of fun. We will be back and highly recommend the beautiful resort

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but it was a great place to grab a coffee and work remotely from. The Barcelona Lounge is a breakfast and coffee cafe in the morning until noon and the area is super spacious with multiple areas to work peacefully and quietly. Great service!

I stayed during a conference from 9/111-9/15. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well kept. My only complaint is the separate buildings with no interior hallways (my room was in the Ranchos building). Staying in a hotel by myself, I didn't feel as safe as I would have had I been in the main building. Especially when my room was facing a road at the back of the property. It was quite the trek between the main hotel and these other buildings too. Something for those with kids to be mindful of when booking.

One of the nights we had a gala, and I got caught in the rain trying to make the walk from my room in the Ranchos to the main hotel/conference center. Ariate (I may be misspelling her name) happened to be driving by on a golf cart and shouted to hop on. She got me as close to the doors as possible, so I wasn't completely soaked. Her kindness was so appreciative, and I hope Disney knows what an amazing and helpful employee they have!

My girlfriend and I are staying at the Coronado Springs Resort. We were dropped off at the Convention Center from one of the theme parks because stop 3 was closed for road work. We are staying in building 7A. We started walking in the direction that we thought was the right direction to our building but found out it was completely the wrong direction. We ended up at Cast Member Services. We saw an amazing women named Florence from Haiti who went above and beyond by helping us to make sure we got back to our building. She called a driver named Anite P.from Haiti also. Anite came and made sure we were able to get in our room. These two ladies were amazing. I will never forget how helpful they were because it was so late and raining. Employes like these two ladies are hard to find.

Typical Disney, fantastic experience! They need to get back to this. The theme was fun and makes you feel like you're in the South West. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but I notice I could hear everything in the room next door with the TV off. The new tower was beautiful and the views incomparable. Close to the Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood. I popped over to AK and did 3 attractions in between work calls! I already miss it, crying in the airport!

No complaints. Looks cool at night. Stayed 2 nights for business so can't comment on customer service or proximity to parks

With the way the world is these days it seems almost impossible to get employees to treat guests the way they should be treated. This place has it figured out. I interacted with as many as 30 employees during my stay. All were excellent ambassadors of their company. Polite, respectful, appreciative of their guests are just a few of the compliments they deserve. What a great place to stay.

We had a warm welcome and transport to our room. Staff are welcoming knowledgeable and friendly.
Our cabana room overlooked the lake & was spacious. The beds were so comfy & the air con very quiet.
We loved the pool!
Can recommend! Great transport to all the Disney parks too

Stayed here early September, it's a lovely clean, friendly and a massive hotel. It has four bus stops to take you to the parks

Great trip to Coronado Springs. Not super Disney feeling but it is nice, clean - it is very spread out.
