Property is smaller compared to most moderates. The pool had a huge renovation done to it recently and it is now (in my mind) one of the best water play areas for children anywhere in disney.

You can walk to riverside from here and take the boats to some of the parks. The main building is a bit small. Food court as well. One thing to note though is that they have beignets.

If you enjoy a respite from the rush and craziness of the Disney Parks we found Port Orleans to be the best place to unwind. My favorite resort.

The rooms are a little dated, but it's quaint! Very beautifully done for the Christmas season! The breakfast is great with some Louisiana flare. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing time here. The theme of the resort is excellent and really feels as though you are in Louisiana. The rooms are huge and the bed surprisingly comfy. The cafeteria at the resort has some great food options and makes for a great breakfast before you hit the parks. Make certain to take the river boat ride to the different resorts!

The location is great, not too far away from anything either. Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, nice dining hall.

Disney always goes above and beyond. They do big things really well, but, it's the little things that they do that puts things over the top.

Good Disney resort. Really like that it has direct busses to all parks. Only complaint is that our suitcases took over 5 hours from after our flight landed to get to our room. Next time I will just pick up my own. Other than that it has been great.

Beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, great service from all staff. Love the boat ride to Disney Springs. Buses to the parks are frequent and reliable. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are nice but simple. As it is right along the river it's a very scenic place to walk. The convenience of the river boats going to Disney Springs etc.is also an amazing feature. However, for the price of the hotel there should be complimentary breakfast or at the very least a very discounted menu. Everything is very expensive so food costs add up quickly.

We visited Port Orleans French Quarter to check out the holiday decorations. They were beautiful. The theming of this Resort is fantastic.

Great little resort, we have friends staying here and they really feel at home here. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, especially those with children.

Disney Port Orleans French Quarters is an awesome resort. For being a moderate resort it does not feel like it.

I love the small layout of the resort. The rooms are clean and plenty of room. The food court is ok. It's pretty standard. But, the food court at Riveside is a short walk and has a better and healthier menu. Since it's small, there is just one bus stop, which makes transportation very easy.

Decently sized room, little bit of a small bathroom but there is a curtain to be able to change easily. The bus service is excellent as well as the boat ride to Disney Springs which goes until it closes.

Port Orleans French Quarter is our go-to hotel when we visit Disney World. The theming is immersive and the hotel is quieter than many of the other resorts. We live the walkability, too.

A great Moderate Resort on Disney Property. We came for a staycation, and would do so again. The beignets are reason alone to come back! The resort rooms have been refurbished within the past few years and feature hard surface flooring, large screen TVs and a refrigerator in each room standard. We really like the hard surface flooring as it is much easier for them to keep clean, and no chance of any musty smell you sometimes get with carpet. We would definitely stay again

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon two years ago and it was magical. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by amazing smells and atmosphere.

Pretty comfortable rooms, but not stellar by any means. The buildings have a real cheap motel look to them and are very dated. Really meant for volume and that makes the experience really about Disney making money more so than you having fun. The pool is great for kids and has a small but neat water slide and a really groovy fountain, adults can bring drinks poolside which is a plus, and there is a big hottub area also. The food leaves a lot to be desired with the same tired things every day. The eggs are powdered and the breakfast was only edible to me on the first day, after that we ate muffins and things like that. If you have a discerning palette you will be very disappointed. Buses to the parks can get crowded and take longer than you would think to get there. We never tried driving but the parking lots are so huge than I suppose the bus is the better way to go. After dodging crowds all day in the hot parks it would be nicer if there were more buses to get you home when you want to go home without having to wait for the once every 20 minute buses. If we go back, which we will not, we would splurge for a more expensive resort to stay in I think, as the French Quarter experience just didn't seem worth it to us.

First, they put us in the farthest building from everything. Building 7. Far away from the pool, restaurant, playground and bus stop even though we had a 5 year old. When I mentioned it at the desk they said they had nothing else available (even though I heard the cast members say they had rooms in building 2 available for lock out. I am a timeshare owner so I know what that means) they were not interested in making us Happy. The last night our 5 year old fell asleep on the bus and that made for one long walk at midnight. I just now got a bill from them for parking, even though we ubered there and had no car. 20 dollars a nite for a nonexistent car. Guess they hoped we wouldn't noticed some bs charges. Also ordered food but because I got there 9 minutes late they had cancelled it, but charged me anyway. Food on site was ridiculously expensive but that was to be expected.
