This is my second stop at Saratoga Springs within 3 years. Facilities are always clean and the rooms are very nice. The location being right across from Disney Springs is very convenient. Definitely a great place for family vacationing. There are several pools that are well kept and usually are not over crowded. Highly recommend this resort.

The hole Disney Vacation as a Fun Place. Has fell through the cracks. They do nothing to help vacationers. Handle everything yourself and get there with your luggage the best yoh can. A little hard when you have family to take care of

Everything is always 5 star at Disney, they treat the customer the way they should be treated, always curtieous, always friendly

It's a beautiful resort, it's just so big it takes a long time to get around, we wasted a lot of time waiting for buses. It was nice being so close to Disney springs but our building was not walking distance we needed to take a bus just to get to the main building.

Love staying at Disney. We had a nice location near Disney Springs this time. Sleeper couch is awful for an adult to sleep on but aren't they all.

The make over is great.parking garages, MORE shops, and so much more to do. The restaurants are great and it's a wonderful place to spend the day. But like so many things DISNEY they are way over priced and it is normally packed! It would be great to shop and enjoy the day without having to go broke.

We stayed in the carousel building. It was a beautiful villa and felt really at home. Very light on a disney theme but just enough little detail to remind you that you're in a disney resort. You can walk to disney springs or take a boat which makes it very convenient. Great service and all the attention to detail you can expect from a disney experience.

Like the rest of Disney World, everything here is impeccably clean. Guest service is clearly their first priority, and it shows. The list of amenities they provide is exhaustive and makes a week at the parks with young children more manageable. The only negative element to this resort is that the only mode of transportation is by bus. However the buses arrive regularly and they have an active schedule you can check on the board at each bus stop or on the Disney world mobile app. As part of the Disney Magical Express, they will also check you in for your departing flight at the resort and take care of all your luggage needs, so leaving Disney World is a bit less painful.

It's an amazing hotel. Top quality and right next to Disney Springs the big shopping center. The spa consists of a wave pool and a steam room among other things and a day pass is $25. The resort has a quick eatery called Artist Pallet which is reasonably priced and has great food for any time of the day. Room service as with all Disney hotels is top tier.

My wife and I spent a day there, clean, great staff, and the treatments were great. There is a relaxing area before the spa with a sauna and whirlpool tub, shower, etc. It is split between male and female, so you will separate from your partner at this time. There is a relaxing room that you go to upstairs to await your treatment and meet back up here.

Was able to check into our room and get the room number before arriving. Room was clean and well decorated. There was only one blanket for each bed which got cold at night. Room was close to bus stop and made it easy to get to the parks. Front desk was very accommodating and helped my family set up a romantic surprise for my engagement. Would stay here again!

Saratoga springs is probably the least interesting of the on property Disney resorts, but still has the great amenities you expect from Disney. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The proximity to Disney Springs really makes it worth staying at.

Resort is very spread out, which can be unfortunate if it's raining and you had a long day in the park. Building corridors open to outside not to my preference. Transportation can be confusing. Room is well appointed and grounds are beautiful and immaculate. Resort is quiet, which is a nice break from hectic parks. If you golf, this is a great option. Parking is close to rooms. For DVC members, it's usually easy to find available rooms even on short notice.

Friendly staff (it's Disney) and good food at the Artist's Pallet. If you don't have a car, try to get in the Springs units or you'll spend a lot of time walking though. The resort is very large and spread out.
My wife wanted me to update this post to proclaim, "the beds suck. " I didn't have any problem sleeping but I do like a little harder bed (and we've been running all over the parks for 2 days). Either way, I guess you could take a half star off for the beds "sucking. "

Carpet next to kitchen in room was soaked, remote missing from one room, curtain rod broken and hanging down above slider. Some employees seemed grumpy. Food was good though

Loved the treehouse villas although I was not very happy when house keeping came in at 8: 30 am after we had been in the park till 1.

Bathrooms were pretty nasty - if you have a mold/mildew allergy, it's probably not the place to stay. I"m not sure when the last time the tile was cleaned. Bell service was non existant (called several times, and still had to walk/drag luggage from the farthest building to the main building after 2 hours of no service). Bus service to the parks was horrific. Being at the 4th stop meant the chances of getting a non-packed bus was slim - we were traveling with a child in a wheelchair, and had to wait as bus after bus passed because the 2 handicapped seats were always taken by scooters picked up at previous stops. Maid service came during the one day I took a nap, I asked them to come back in an hour, they arrived 3 days later (after blowing up my phone telling me they have to at least SEE the room on a daily basis). A/C kept choking out mid-day. If you are a DVC member or use DVC points to stay here - DON'T. They may be great with full price guests, but DVC members appear to be an afterthought at this resort. The good was it was easy to walk to Disney Springs, great pools, spacious rooms, and nice patios.
