This water park is one of those most iconic gems in the Disney World parks history. If you are visiting the Disney area then this is a park that will create memories for the rest of your life. The pools a nice and cool for those hot days you can cool off in the lazy river that flows around the water park. The main attraction is the wake pool. It creates giant waves you can body glide on. It is very popular area so the water is very populated and I usually stick arm length apart from others. They have other fun attractions such as slides, kids splash pad and for kids to run around. They have cool off stations so if you visit in the summer months they make sure everyone stays comfortable.

I really hate this COVID 19 lock down; before this I always Bought the season passes to the water parks. Although I like the beaches in Florida I will always chose to go the water parks instead (an hour drive every time but worth it) The food And drink selection are great, water Temp is great, the music is great (Christmas in the Caribbean) live music as well, water activities never disappoints, and plenty of space for relaxation and taking in the sun. 10 out of 10 all the time. The staff are amazing.

I hope they open soon!

Such a Great Waterpark for all Ages!
Plenty of activities todo from water slides, the Giant Wave pool, Lazy River and Swimming with Sharks just to name a few.

My favourite was the wave pool and the Lazy River.
The Wave pool is Gigantic! And can be used by everyone! The further into the pool you go the more intense the Waves Become. And of course the edge of the pool is excellent for smaller children.

The lazy River is calming. However it can become very busy and packed.so if you enjoy your personal Space.you may want to avoid this attraction at its busiest times.

Me and my family went here, and let me tell you we have had better Universalś Volcano Bay! We could stayed in our home town and went to the waterpark there. This is a average waterpark.

We loved this place. Went twice, once when weather was colder by Florida standards and there was no one in the park! So cool to go on and off rides. Second time was warm weather and totally worth it!

I received a head injury in the wave pool. The Disney staff were very accommodating but as soon as I was sent away in the ambulance, I was forgotten about.

You would have thought someone from Disney may had wanted to find out what the damage was in the end.

I was left with a large medical bill and we had to claim from our travel insurance, this incident certainly spoiled our holiday.

Be very careful in the wave pool and avoid during the busy periods.

I had to give a 4 stars because the area with things to hold kids and adults with a pool floating you around it is always DIRTYY i suggest you clean it 24/7 every time i go there with my family it is always filled with bugs and mostly leafs and the staff ughhh they are mostly rude but sometimes nice the chairs in the beach side is always dirty there are to much sand on the chairs

It’s all about perspective on this one. Coming from Wisconsin where we have an abundance of outstanding water parks, this place doesn’t measure up.

The rides are all below average compared to what we’re use to, with only the wave pool being anything special. More importantly, the rides load very slowly (they desperately need to roll out the Fast Pass+ system here) and the park gets ridiculously packed within a couple hours of opening. Total waste of money and that’s coming from a Disney fanatic.

We came as a large family and rented a Cabana ahead of time. Ashley was our attendant and did an amazing job all day. She stopped by several times to check on us and answer any questions and despite a minor phone snafu she then went to the other side of the park to run an ice cream pail back before it melted for us. She was sweet and extremely thoughtful and made a great day even better.

One of the best and most imaginative water parks I've ever been to. But it's Disney so what else can you expect. Great theming, innovative slides and one of the best wavepools and little kid at areas in the world

Our favorite of the two water parks. The slides are great and all, but the wave pool is the best part. When they do the single giant wave, everyone goes crazy. My kids just wanted to wait and swim around until the next big wave. Saves time not waiting in lines elsewhere and they're having the time of their lives!
