First, my case manager, Samantha Korf, was fantastic! Whenever I contacted her, she got back to me very quickly, and answered all my questions and concerns. I had a lot! I knew I could always count on her for help. Second, the lawyers that appeared at my hearings were excellent. I am very happy with the outcome of my disability claim, and Disparti Law as a whole.

I’m happy that I finally won my case but I’m not happy with the management of my case by the lawyers office.
My case was tossed from different case worker to different case worker multiple times over the past 2 1/2 years. I understand that people quit or new people get hired so my case would likely have different case workers. My complaint is that there was severe lack of communication and follow up from the case worker’s and attorney.
I continuously would send emails to my case worker’s and not get any response back. Then weeks later I would be contacted by yet another new case worker that wasn’t up to date on my case. One instance even resulted in me missing my appeal date and losing my cas initially!
And I had tried to contact who I thought was my case worker and told him that I was unhappy with the drs who worked for the administrations report and when I finally was contacted back I was told that we could have requested an exam by a physician of my choice but by that time it was already too late!
My case could have potentially been solved a lot sooner if not for the lack of care and follow up
So no im not happy with the way the case was handled throughout.

I was very dissatisfied with the law firm. They passed me around from person to person. Anytime l called & left a message; it took several days & messages before someone would call me back.
On the day before my hearing I got a letter from Social Security not Disparti law firm stating I agreed to have someone who I never heard of it talked to represent me for the hearing.
Thankfully I won not because of great representation but because of my medical disability
