Worst nails I’ve ever had. She put nail polish over my dip nails? They took off my old nails with acrylic nails and nipped me so many times. Worst experience

Went here today with a picture of a design on my phone and politely asked if they were able to do the design that I showed them. I was told that they would try to do it for me I said that if it was something they were unable to execute I had other designs in mind they said no no problem we could do it for you. When I started getting my nails done the design that I wanted compared to the design that I got were two totally different things one of the things that I wanted painted on my nail was a scream mask because it's Halloween she told me after attempting to do it oh I can't do it I'm just going to do a spider web for you. So after arguing with them about how the design looks nothing like what I wanted I told them I was just ready to leave. I asked how much it is I get told $95 and I'm walking out as an unsatisfied customer. Completely ridiculous will never go back to this establishment again. Obviously you don't get designs that you want you only get designs that they are willing to do

If you’ve ever done dip nails at home, you know how difficult it is to get them right. The young lady that did mine here today did a wonderful job. They turned out even and smooth, without all the extra goo all over the place. Very nice and very reasonably priced. I left a big tip, I hope you guys do too when you get quality service.

I have gone here a few times and never had any issues, but I will not be coming back after being left to sit for awhile so that they could do someone else, then overcharged. I always get the same thing, but today my nail tech left half way through to go do someone else's eyebrows who had just walked in. I sat there for about 10 minutes just waiting with no update on who was coming to finish my nails. Another nail tech was the one who painted my nails and then charged me more than my nails normally are. This just seems sketchy since I get the same thing every single time and it doesn't feel good to just be left there waiting with no end in sight. Will not be returning.

Not Worth my money at all if they tell u they know how to do lashes they do not know how to that’s why I didn’t get it done I was rushed an didn’t even get what I wanted don’t believe me just look

Extremely unprofessional, The Tech Linda mishandled my feet (yanked my feet aggressively) when I was voicing my opinion in the service in which I was paying for, She did not care how she was treating me until I brought it to her attention when I talked to her via phone she hung up. Now how nasty and ridiculously unprofessional her attitude was. Tip of the Day Linda you cannot get mad when the customer is spending their money cause their money will go elsewhere like it will. Work on your customer service skills and learn some respect

I have been coming here for a year and some. Ann is the best, she is the only one I go to she sits at table 1.she is also the owner. She does an amazing job every time. She is so sweet and I love her energy. I recommend going here. Ann is always busy so I always call to make sure she is available and will wait to come until she is available for me.

My first time here. TINA, was amazing! Was looking for a good place near where I live. I'm happy to say I FOUND IT! My pedicure was great. Tina listened to what I needed & wanted. If you are looking for a place to get pedicures come here, I recommend it & I recommend Tina!

I got my lashes done here. My first time getting them done and she did an amazing job. She made me felt comfortable. The only lashes they do is individual ones.

I had my nails done on April 16th. Wanted apple dark red, But got dark purple with glitter instead. Not even a day goes by my top coat of the gel was peeling. Then my nail breaks. I go in today, to get them fixed.but wanted a different color. I wanted dark apple red. Showed a picture and again didn't get what I asked for.on top of that my nails were all different shapes an lengths. I'm never going back spent $90 in 1 week.

Tons of nail salons to choose from, but Diva Nails is fantastic! VERY clean, friendly staff & incredible service. With our current situation with Covid, Diva Nails has gone above & beyond with respect to the States Guidelines to keep us all safe & healthy. Thank you Ann & Diva Nails!

I like it because they use the plastic basin covers and they do a good job, i will continue to go to this nail salon very attentive

Called and they got me and my niece right away. VERY professional and so clean. Very attentive and amazing results with my pedicure and FILL

It’s ok only thing I didn’t like was that they messed up my eyebrows. I only asked for a clean and she took half and didn’t even try to match them or fix it. Last time I come here. Now I have to regrow them again. Way to thin

I won’t go anywhere else now for a pedicure or manicure! Iv tried tons of places around but the staff here are super friendly and they know what they are doing! The prices are great too!

Loved my time with my sister here. The ladies were amazing with our nails and eyebrows. We both agreed this is our new favorite nail salon.
