Great place with toons of options for snorkeling and diving alike! Staff was very helpful and friendly. They spent their time with me helping me choose exactly what was right for what you were looking for!

I have visited the website multiple times but getting to visit one of the stores in person is quite a.doffernt experience.

This is not like your local dive shop at all.

First, walking in feels more akin to a retail store along the lines of Kohl's than most dive of the local dive shops I have been in.

Next, the selection is huge, which is to be expected from anyone who has had the online experience.

We had a friendly staff experience as well.

Definitely worth a visit.

I chose to go to diver’s direct to buy a dive computer and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful, young woman named Nicole! She showed me all of the dive computers and gave me the product that works perfectly for me! Incredible staff, highly recommend!

The people need to change their attitude they come to act more like robots the people exceptional few in there there's one lady manager in there that really is not friendly

My wife and I stopped in to purchase a mask that would properly fit her face. As we were looking at the mask, Nicole approached and asked if we needed any help. As an experienced diver, I felt I didn’t need any help. She insisted to at least help with explaining what methods we needed to do to test for proper fitting. Long/short, she worked with us personally to assure my wife left with a proper fitting mask comfortable to wear. I’m not sure if Nicole is a manager but should definitely be. She sets the bar for other employees to follow. We were very impressed with her knowledge and customer service she gave us. Thank you Divers Direct and thank you Nicole. The mask works and fits her perfect.

Probably the biggest dive store I've been in. I stopped at two other shops on Largo looking for a mask that no one had. Ultimately found a good fit in the Atomic Frameless 2 here. Very helpful staff and standard pricing. 30 minutes of walking around looking at all the other non diving stuff.

Think of it like going to diver heaven! Good prices! Great gear.clothing and of course DIVE GEAR! A Huge selection of gear and accouterments for diving! Stop and shop on your way to ANY of the Keys! You have to drive by it twice!

For a diver this place is like being a kid in a candy store. The selection is great and the staff amazing. Nicole, the asst.manager, was wonderful in helping me select the perfect mask (and backup), fins and other accessories. As a fellow diver, she knew exactly how to help me get the exact gear I needed.
