I just want to say that this company is amazing. I work for property management company and as a CAM they are my preferred vendor. I recently used them to replace my water heater at home and I was very impressed on how diligent and great work they provided. I would recommend this company. James is great too.

WOW! Is all I can say about DPS. Had two toilets replaced and Charles and Dave were the best. They brought everything they needed to complete the job and were in and out in no time and left NO evidence that they were even here. (Other than the new toilets of course.) Kudos to Brianna at the office as well for the great job of coordinating everything. What a pleasure to speak to!
DPS is now my go to. Highly recommend!

Art was a very professional representation of DPS, as was the receptionist when I placed the call for a quote. They were even able to make it out the same day!

Our condo had a pipe break outside on a Saturday afternoon leaving 2 buildings without water. We called at least 5 other plumbers and Diversified was the only company that called back. Christine came out and fixed the pipe fast. Our condo association is very impressed. Thank you!

I have a hybrid water heater, which I love & would highly recommend. I had it serviced and love their maintenance agreement which covers so many other things!

I was having new countertops, light fixtures and vessel sinks put in my 2 baths and had no luck find plumbing companies to come and make 2 trips to satisfy what I needed done. I called their office and the woman I spoke with was very helpful and said they would be willing to take care of what I needed done. At the time I first called I was still in the initial stages and she agreed that I could just call them when I knew when counters were coming, as it turned out my countertops just showed up one day to be installed, I called the plumbing office and they set me up to have someone come to my house that afternoon and disconnect the sinks and drains, the countertops were installed the next day and they came back the next morning and reconnected and installed the vessel sinks. Tristan was the technician who came both times and was on time, polite and professional and did a great job, taking his trash with him. I am very pleased I used them and will definitely recommend and use them again if needed. Price for work done I felt was reasonable.

Their prompt service to unhook sink and get ready for kitchen remodeling, and then again when it was time to hook everything back up, was great. Plumber was helpful in advising what to look for when buying the new sink which made the rehook fast and efficient.

Very professional, showed up early (with notification) and honest with costs. We are very happy with this service, he came in and knocked it out!

Firstly, they are about the only plumbing service in my area (Gateway) that have a call desk; that is they answer when you call! They also have enough qualified technicians to get you taken care of in a few days (my experience). Finally, their pricing is reasonable. For the work I had done, considerably (~40%) more affordable than the competition's quotes that struggled to return my calls.

Very friendly, efficient and thorough. Both Melissa and Harley did a great job and we will definitely use this business again if the need arises and recommend them.

Art took care of us as we were moving. Called Thursday afternoon and they came out Friday. Good price and down to earth people. Highly recommended.

Chris was here the entire day and didn't quit until finished. Ran into a few problems but quickly resolved and asked for my input. Explained in detail what he was going to do and why. I haven't had a chance to use the shower to see if it drains properly, but I am confident he will remedy any issues.

I called yesterday, and the service (septic tank pump out), was scheduled for the next day. I was quoted a time of “between 11am and 1pm. ” At 10am, I received a message that he was on his way! I was so happy that I didn’t have to wait around all day. The tech was fast and efficient, and the prices were the lowest of everyone I called. I would highly recommend!

Called to get septic done. They were unable to open lid. Unable to direct me to anyone that could do it. Lady on phone refused to setup an appointment week later without knowledge that septic will be open. Wasted my entire day. Appointment was setup between 11am-1pm. Day officially shot.

Gentlemen shows up at 1230 and needs to rush off to next appointment. Not upset with the guy, upset with the woman I spoke with that was not helpful at all. Will not be rescheduling. Again not due to the guy who came to my house but because of the rude woman who answered the phone and could not steer me in a direction to help me achieve the task in which I called them or even reschedule an appointment.

10 minutes later, I was able to get an appointment for the lid. Obviously not this company. Poor poor, service.

My son who lives in Lehigh acres Florida was told by pump driver that his system wasn't installed correctly but was wrong and now they won't reimburse the pump cost.

Harlan was very friendly. He found the leak and fixed it at a very affordable price. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up the mess before leaving.
