Maria is the absolute best lash and nail artist I have ever had. High attention to detail and very creative. The spa is an oasis with welcoming amenities. Had a couples massage and will be back for more! This place is worth every penny.

I do believe the one star reviews about greed and rudeness from employees, my little sister and I accompanied my mother on her wedding day here for her hair and makeup to be done, the services she received were fine but took over four hours and caused us to be late to the ceremony, furthermore myself and my younger sister who had been finishing up our breakfast in the car was at first refused entry, we had called our mother and hear her stylist say it was fine for us to come in, after I explained this they then spoke backs and forth between each other and put us in the ‘spa room’ but it was truthfully a waiting area for people paying to get a massage it was a “quiet zone” and signs requested phones be turned off, my eight year old little sister and myself, a seventeen year old was expected to sit silently with nothing to do for hours, not until nearly two hours into the service did a single person offer us even water, my mother called me again and her stylist told us we could come out and see them, however I was too afraid of confrontation from the front desk to even try, despite being in pain from sitting on the same hard bench. I honestly feel from my experience if you don’t have the wallet in hand you mean nothing to the management of this ‘local business’. There is a clear disconnect between workers, and their hospitality seems to end where the wallet isn’t, this is the first salon I’ve been in to not have a few chairs set out for guests to wait in, a preference for children to not be there does not warrant the neglect of children when they arrive.

Excellent service overall. My gel manicure has lasted almost 4 weeks with no chipping. Ask for Maria

Wow, I've never had a hair stylist be.mean before. What an off-putting experience.
The building has a luxurious feel, the stylists are skilled, but still. I felt so uncomfortable the entire visit! My stylist was condescending, catty, and didn't hide her displeasure with my hair choices. I felt like I was being hazed by a sorority!
Tribeca in Ybor is just as luxurious and equipped with skilled stylists, but they are cool and friendly there! Even though I moved to Brandon, I'll be making that trip in the future.

Proffesional and friendly staff, it was very clean and COVID guide lines in place. They offer an array of services.from facials and pedicures to hair and nails.
Honestly it was probably the best full body massage I have ever had.
Highly recommended.

Not ok with them being wish washy about fees.

I missed one appointment and the lady couldn’t tell me over the phone how much the fee would be.she told me “it’s up to management”
Not ok! You mean to tell me you can just charge what you feel like that day?

I was fine with paying it, but not when you can’t tell me how much. I spoke with a manager and she was so condescending about the situation and she spoke to me as if I was a toddler. Not ok, cancelling my appointments from here on out!

Since April 19,2019, I have my hair cut colored, 2 massages deep tissue & hot stone massage, manicure, pedicure, eyebrows waxed & 2 wash, sets & refining haircut, with touch trims. Mojo & her assistant Sarah took care of my hair & both were awesome in care, cuts & the WONDERFUL treatment of CARE & attentiveness of their client. Thanks to the massage therapist, nail technician management & staff. It's been AWESOME & a pleasure.

I was in desperate need of relaxation/me time and a long overdue pedicure. I work in the beauty industry myself and have become hyper aware of what makes a good and bad quality service. I opted for a pina coloda pedicure and was assigned to Neena as my nail technician for this experience. Let metell you.she was the first person in a LONG while to give me a fun and relaxing appointment. Pedicures often make me nervous because I have had techs make me bleed at other places buy not Neena. She was so cautious, meticulous and did everything with ease.she's also a great conversationalist and we had a blast! She actually cared what I had to say and did an amazing job on my tired toes! Had a nice glass of wine as well.they had a spa room afterwards to sit and relax in while my nails dried. Heaven and worth every penny. Thanks Neena!

I didnt go but my wife did and she was happy when I picked her up and nice to me the rest of the day. They must work wonders!

Admittedly, it's pricey, and if you cancel without notice they will charge you, BUT as far as services for women go, top quality hair stylists, cosmetologists and products worthy of the big city.

I love this salon. I've been coming here for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend asking for Amiah. She is highly talented and very pleasant.

I have been coming to Divine Designs for over a year now. Maribel is an excellent stylist who is a hair perfectionist. I have searched for while for a stylist since moving to Flordia and I have defiantly found my salon and stylist!

Love the place, my stylist was Amiah, she was amazing and very professional, highly recommended.

Update: CEO said that he would issue a full refund (in check) to make up for unsatisfactory service when it came to the salon services.

I came in for a color fix and was so happy to come out blonde instead of another shade of gray.

Beautiful place, great service and staff. Daisy V was wonderful. She took care of my hair, color and cut with so much care. I love it! I recommend this place 100%
