Ty and Thi are my best ever! I have been doing my nails in this nail salon since June 2022 and i love themmm. Everyone in this nail salon are super nice and lovely.super recommended

This is my new go to place for sure! Kelly is amazing and so sweet. She took such thorough care of my nails and helped correct a botched nail job I had somewhere else. The place is very inviting and clean and I loved my nails she did. Definitely recommend!

Horrible service.

Very rude and ruthless staff, nail tech hurt customer's finger, never apologizes, customer had to wear Band Aid for days. The front desk woman instead said to the customer that it is because their finger is too sensitive. Nail tech was very impolite.

This is such a great salon! This Salon in NOT close to my house, but totally worth the drive!

Got A pedicure oct, 6th. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes. They apologized then charged me $70. Do not recommend

I found my forever nail salon. Kelly was so sweet and friendly throughout the whole service and found the best color for me. Salon was very neat and very beautiful. I'm definitely going to come back for my fill-in.

Our bridal group came in today for wedding nails and we had a BLAST! Staff are attentive, friendly and incredibly talented! I’m from Philly and I’m going to make sure anytime I’m down here DLux is part of my visit!

This is my first time at Dlux Nails Lounge (formerly Lee Nail & Spa Windermere) and I am writing this review while still in the chair because I’m that happy with my experience. I decided last minute I wanted to get my nails done while in the area and was didn’t think they would take me an hour before close. They happily serviced me for an acrylic full AND a pedicure. Henry did both of my services while Ti helped me pick the perfect shade of polish and chrome coat to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This was one of the most joyful, kind, and efficient experiences I have ever had, including the quality of the finished product. Will be coming back!

Ty and Henry are the best nail techs ever! Make sure you ask for them.they do great nail designs.they are also celebrities nail techs.

Not quite the manicure experience I was expecting. First there was no clean up of my hand I still had nail polish on my fingers. The nail tech never told me to wash my hands after the acrylic filing l, so all the dust is under the paint but clearly visible. White specks are under black. My cuticles were not cleaned either. The whole experience felt very rushed.

I came in with acrylics and asked to remove them everything was going good she removed them well but when she asked if I wanted them to be cut I said yes, after she cut them and left them in an uneven square shape and didn’t even try to fix the shape try to fix them they were left scratched aswell she was on the phone the whole time and as it didn’t bother me atleast she could’ve done a better job at cutting them good and left them not with a scratchy feeling.

Second time here because the first time I loved the way that Ty did my nails. Showed him a picture of the design I wanted and he was able to replicate exactly what I wanted and even better being very detailed and precise with his work. Salon was clean and organized making you feel relaxed from the time you walk in to the minute you walk out. Will definitely be coming back here!
