Absolutely shameful.

I thought I was using a local company, calls appear to be routed via India.

After months of renting a lift for my bedridden dad, we returned as it did not suit our needs. Just received another months charge on his credit card. When I called expecting at least a pro rated charge, I was advised, “that is our policy”.

Of note that there was a prepaid delivery, pickup, and cleaning fee AND the lift had no brakes. I called to report this and was told, “that is how they come”.

This company should in no way be considered a patient care provider. They DO NOT care!

Very polite and helpful. Rented a w/c for a day. Price was fair and staff was excellent. Thank you so much!

I was looking to buy a high end wheelchair and cushion but was put on hold for 20 minutes. This could have been a nice sale but DME's lack of customer service forced me to go to a better company.
