DMI Paving & Sealcoating, East Lake-Orient Park FL

We recently used DMI to do paving and sealcoating. It was totally stress free and everyone we worked with was very responsive and professional. The installation was on time and well orchestrated. The crews did excellent work and were very neat and tidy. We will be using them again in the near future at another location. We highly recommend DMI.

Mariner Beach Club is a small resort on St Pete Beach. Recently we were in the need of some new curb stops. I called DMI and spoke with Flo. She was extremely helpful. Her responses were prompt, and everything went according to schedule. They even painted a few extra ones for us.

From sidewalk lowering (with root cutting) to paving and gutter lowering the cost has been competitive and the work completed in a timely manner.

Our HOA recently used DMI Paving and Sealcoating to sealcoat the two roadways in our small neighborhood. As President of the HOA, I coordinated the project. First, DMI was very understanding and easy to work with to schedule the project. Its rainy season in Florida and we had to reschedule three times due to this and a holiday. Each reschedule was accomodated without issue. Re the Sealcoating, DMI arrived on time, and worked efficiently. They provided our small community with streets that look brand new!
Lastly, Rudy, the project Supervisor, provided me his cell # and answered each and every time I called. -Very unusual here in Florida! Thank you Rudy, and DMI, for a job well done.

Our Home Owners Association voted to complete concrete repairs on our sidewalks and street curbing in preparation for milling and repaving our roadways. Driveway Maintenance and two other paving companies were invited to bid. Driveway’s bid was competitive and their schedule availability met with our needs. Workers showed up on promised date and work was completed ahead of schedule on the concrete project. Looking forward to completing the milling and paving project in April 2020.

We bid out our seal coating with 3 companies. DMI was overall the best value based on price, knowledge and material. The real key was their representative Chuck who was on site during every aspect of the service. We are pleased with the attention to our project and recommend DMI.

So Driveway Maintenance does excellent work al on levels of the asphalt business. Whether its Paving - Sealing - Striping - Milling - Layout - New Construction

Unprofessional. Price was a little high but I'm willing to pay for quality. The workers who showed up didn't speak English and couldn't or wouldn't address my concerns. When I finally got ahold of the supervisor he was very rude and condescending. Next time I'll look elsewhere.
