The DMV experience was frustratingly slow and disorganized. Staff seemed indifferent, and the process was filled with unnecessary bureaucracy. Overall, a headache-inducing ordeal.

Horrible came early in the morning since 6 a.m missed work and 8 aclock comes around and there still not letting no one in then waits till 8: 30 ish to let everyone know they was not taking walk in just horrible people inconsiderate unprofessional every one of them just nasty

That place are very bad, staff are very rude waiting at the line she scream and treats people like garbage, that is not profesional the lady take care the line and the security

I delivered the fingerprint documents to that place and when I returned for them they did not appear.

Very bad attention from the staff outside, very bad form, I'm pregnant, they told me to come at an hour and it turns out that when I go, they don't even let me speak and they treat me very badly. I don't know how they hire people like that because to work with the public, the first thing they do is They have to have education and they don't have it. In conclusion, a very bad opinion is the only thing I can have about the place.

Make a appointment for second time, but then never found the information, who did a bad job

This facility was efficiently run and there were no empty stations at all. Still, with this number of stations, you can expect to spend 1: 15 -1: 30 to get your license and some of the waiting line is outside so if it's raining, bring an umbrella. You will need to get your registration renewal elsewhere. You should make an appointment online first.

Making appointments really do help. The customer service representative Marian was exceptional. She had me processed an I was in an out of the booth in less than 5 minutes.

Lazy! And on Saturdays they will kick out everyone by 10: 38am or 11am because there under staff and they close at 1pm, I’ve been trying to get my teen her FL ID something simple and all that theyhave to say is they’re short staff-sorry.super unprofessional. And looking for appointment is like winning the lotto, still haven’t won.

Who enjoys going to the DMV? Absolutely no one. However I came in today (with an appointment) and I was in and out within a hour.

Appointments are hard to get. My appointment today was booked in July because that was the earliest. I also had to be back for something else and I was able to get a appointment for mid November. I think they do take a few walk ins super early in the morning.

I’m not sure if I was lucky but almost everyone I dealt with, specifically the lady in station 13 (she was amazing) were good.

Overall I would go with a appointment to avoid a headache.

Terrible attitude towards people, not taken to and rudeness! People like that shouldn't work with people!

Worst experience ever everyone have a temper? Including security and the old lady screaming at people. And it's ridiculous someone with no English came in line had his ticket and they told him to go get something took his number then someone else came and said and I quote “ everyone is pissing me tf off so no one else in line is going” keep in mind the person they are saying this to does not speak English when I tried to help the gentlemen I was also yelled at to and I quote “ I don't f’ care go to where you suppose to be”

The people here eat alligator for breakfast…. Jesus Christ… I couldn’t even say good morning and she just start screaming like crazy. Just make a u turn and resolve you issue in a different place….
I know is hard to work on customer service but girllllll… you have to change ….
