D’Noise Shop, Tampa FL

I've reviewed many businesses because it helps the public make smart decisions. I've done reviews in Europe, Asia, South America, North America, the Caribbean, and mostly here in the USA. Never have I been disrespected the way the owner of this shop did! It took me months to finally decide to write a review. The simple reason for the delay in reviewing, was I was giving him a chance again and again to redeem himself. Unfortunately, when someone is irresponsible and unreliable, even 3rd chances aren't enough. A friend recommended D'Noise Shop to install a stereo on my boat. He did that! I believe he has talent and knowledge to have a successful career in the industry, but that's not all that's needed to prosper! When things went wrong with the sound the following week, it was tough to get him to respond. Andrew made me drive to Dunedin where the boat is located and wait for him multiple times for hours! He NEVER showed up. Simply saying "I can't make it today" would have be fine! Not lying and making me waste full days waiting for nothing! One time I waited from 11 a.m. Until 4 p.m. Then from 4 p.m. Until dark and nothing. I cancelled a trip once to accommodate his schedule and he failed to show. I'm all for young entrepreneurs trying to succeed in business, but the way you treat customers speaks volumes of a man's character! The future of someone's business reflects on the people that run it. Meanwhile my boat stereo remains broken and unfinished.

Hopefully you fix your faults and your shop flourishes! But you have to fix your mistakes first!

Wasn’t able to get my work done here unfortunately, so I can’t speak for his work. Scheduled an appointment 3 days prior. Showed up right at their posted open time and appointment. Door locked. Called and the gentleman said he wasn’t even there and was in Brandon and would be be some time. I left to get back to work and came back 1.5 hours later and still door locked and no one answered calls. Left to go back to work again.

Called Vi Car Audio less than 10 min away and he got me in the same day. Dropped off my truck with him, went back to work and he had me pick it up same day.

What can i say, second car i have brought to him and has done a great job! No job too little for the shop from audio to lighting! Got my car sounding better than ever and the quality of work is A1! Highly recommended!

I couldn’t even get service. This man is a liar and has a whole in the wall shop. He told me he was on lunch for 30 minutes. I waited an hour. I called him and he forwarded my calls. I proceeded to go to Audio Max on Florida and Waters. This place got me hooked up up with not only great products, but a cheap and affordable price. Moral of the story is don’t go to D’Noise!

I had a great experience at D’Noise. Professional, courteous, and helpful, i was able to get financing through Snap and pay for my entire system plus install. My vehicle was done fast and correct. Everything fit perfectly and was put in a way where i can still use my vehicle trunk without damaging my speakers or system. Will definitely be going back for my other vehicles too. Absolutely amazing. THANK YOU D’NOISE SHOP!

Tremendous service! All in one! From tints, audio, chrome deletes. If you don't have money for your needs, they have financing available! Friendly Customer service! Will always recommend what you really need!
