I used the services of DNR USA Cargo for 2 years to transport clothing and items from the United States to Colombia.
The treatment was cordial and the service, on most occasions, was accomplished.
I highlight, as I read in another comment, how difficult communication was through their different service channels (an discomfort that I mentioned several times with them, but they seemed not to want to accept their shortcomings in this regard).
1 month ago I decided to migrate to another cargo company because there were 2 problems in a row with my packages. When the first one happened, they informed me that a small package had been mistakenly delivered to the address next to the DNR warehouse, which is why I had to put together a new box (which I had not scheduled since I was on vacation), and it was not possible to send it consolidated, because sometimes it is not the most viable option. It should be noted that on Amazon the package registered as having been delivered to the correct address, so I think that perhaps they accidentally left it when it was time to gather my merchandise.
The second difficulty occurred when, due to an internal DNR error, one of my packages ended up inside the merchandise of another of their clients, and the mishap only became evident when I received my box and this item did not appear. On this occasion I canceled the normal value corresponding to 2 pounds, and DNR assumed national shipping from its warehouse in Barranquilla to my client's address in Cali.
These two situations happened less than a month apart and caused me a lot of discomfort and delays.
On several occasions I felt that they gave more importance to customers with large and very continuous loads than to small stores, like mine.
I appreciate the collaboration you gave me for the emergence of my business, and I hope you continue to grow and improve. Successes!
They recommended them to me and now they are the only ones I go to to bring my orders from the United States, they are my allies in my entrepreneurship
We had too many problems with this shipping company, among the most notable:
-We had 3 boxes at their headquarters, even talking to them that we had the 3 boxes and that this was what they were going to send us, we only received 2
-the lack of communication, many times we wrote and they did not respond to us for up to a week
-A broken product arrived and they told us that the insurance did not cover that type of damage since the cosmetics declared them as if they were other products to be able to transport them, so we lost that
I really do not recommend it, I had already had a friend who had also told me about her problem with the lack of communication, but I thought that if we talked and were aware of things, it would not happen to us, but it was definitely a mistake
Edit:
1. They never closed my mailbox, in fact I quote: "I work with you until you tell me", which by the way, thank goodness, recorded all my calls since they told me that they only sent me 2 packages, instead of the 3 that I had in their headquarters
2. We have screenshots of the conversations on June 20 where we asked for documentation, on June 24 we asked again, then on June 26 and so on until July 13 where you said and I quote "I have a thousand things here with my family visiting me more work" and that's why you hadn't responded, that was 2 weeks that you never told us anything
3. We did not have any mess with the orders, on July 18 we asked about some packages that were soon to arrive, they had not yet arrived, on July 19 you confirmed that there were 3 packages and you sent us an invoice telling us what we thought they were 3 packages, when they arrived there were only 2 and at no time did you notify us that you were going to send us 2 packages, which is your obligation to notify us of what you are going to send
4. The product that arrived BROKEN was declared in a different way since you told us that they could not declare liquids, something that we were never informed about until we made the claim for a product in poor condition, when on previous occasions we had already sent many liquids and we were never warned of these types of restrictions
5. My friend who complained about you for the lack of communication is called Fernanda, she also has a business and with her you had multiple delays in December and it took you weeks to respond, and that is why she stopped taking the service with you
We have screenshots of everything but bad and of the lack of professionalism that they manage, so no, I do not recommend this service even to a stick
