Nieci is a great person really makes my time there go with the ease and strength to recover mrs debbie makes me smile and keeps me motavated to get threw this and Mrs Ashley is great a smile is met with you as you enter the facility and as you leave to remind you of the kind place it is thanks mrs Ashley tony the driver great man there thanks to all of you and the doc shes also great keep up the great work making life's better thank you all

I'm a new patient at Doc Tony's Westside location at 5964 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL. The level of care that I receive from Eniecia Roberts is phenomenal! Eniecia is professional and courteous. She demonstrates clear and concise instructions for the exercises that I do daily for my physical rehabilitaion. Doc Tony's clinic is truly exceptional. I am grateful for the time, patience, and expertise of the entire staff. It is truly a pleasure to be with people who really care!

Nieci roberts is an amazing young lady as well as very knowledgeable, she work so well with her patients, I enjoy coming to the Westside location because of staff like Nieci.

Very friendly. They adapt to your schedule anytime. They give you more of a friendly/family type environment rather than a stuffy, up-etty type feeling. Yet very professional with high quality and regards to your physical care.

Dr. Lyn is excellent she had magical hands. She is very gentle. I would recommend her to any and everyone.

This was my first time here and the staff were friendly and the facility was clean and inviting. The staff answered all my questions and helped me through the evaluation process.

I would like to say that Dr. Leary is a GREAT chiropractor and that is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. However, his expertise is overshadowed by the unscrupulous billing practices of the office.

I went in for an injury and the atmosphere was light and the music was upbeat. Most of the office staff were friendly and I thought my experience was going to be excellent all the way around. About 2 weeks into therapy I was put on exercise equipment for 15 minutes followed by other therapies. No big deal. Shortly after, I was being forgotten about on the exercise equipment. Apparently, the front office staff found their social life to be way more important than the clients. I was being left on the exercise equipment from anywhere between 30 minutes and 45 minutes. 25 minutes into the exercise I would just stop because it was a bit much and was aggravating my injury.

A couple of times I got so angry that I walked out without even seeing the doctor. Something told me to write notes. So, I did just that while on my cell phone while waiting for the end of their social hour. I went back in a couple days later and I was told that I should always see the doctor and if I could not stay at least just go see the doctor then I could leave. I found that very odd. How about pay attention to your clients? I spoke with the adjuster on my claim on a separate subject and I caught something she threw in the air.

The following day I went in asked for a copy of the bills they were submitting to my insurance. All of a sudden half the staff had a stuttering problem. It seems that request made them very uneasy. The receptionists new found stuttering issue was so severe that it extended down to her hand. Her note on the paper said " requesting copy of bill. Copy copy/bill. " Interesting. The days go on and I never received a copy. My insurance let me know the documents were uploaded on their site. After a couple weeks I'm going through them and noticed that my insurance was being charged every time they forgot me on a machine!

I was being treated like a used prophylactic in the corner of the room that they forgot about, adding insult to injury, they charged for it? !?

I also noticed charges for things that were never even performed! They had officially kicked my kennel. I promptly called my adjuster and let them know exactly what was going on. I read my notes with the dates/ times to her, which directly contradicted their bill.

It was then that I learned that light atmosphere and upbeat music was nothing more than the magician distracting the audience to pull off the trick.

At the end of my therapy they had the audacity to send me a hefty bill as if they didn't try to lie to my insurance. Nay, nay, I say! I called the billing manager several times and had no success of receiving a return call.

Made sense. If I just lied to the insurance company, I wouldn't want to talk to anyone either! Shakespeare came to mind. " these be her very Cs, her U’s and her T’s and thus makes she her great P’s. ”

Either the staff needs training on learning how to bill properly or they were taught exactly how to scale the fence and throw (seemingly) inconspicuous charges in. Either way, my trust is exactly where their giant bill went. Flushed down the commode.

Doc Tony made a commercial where he was holding two ferrets and made a reference about a local law firm calling them " Ferret and ferret. " To which I say, Doc Tony was merely practicing the art of projection.

I feel bad for all of the injured people that think they are cared about and are oblivious to what is really going on. For that I say, you and your office can consume a satchel of Richards. I will NEVER recommend anyone to a Doc Tony clinic!

Very friendly environment. All of the staff are extremely attentive and family oriented. The doctor is very detailed and understanding. He promised he will get me back to my regular self. And I truly believe and trust the process. I've already experienced a few improvements. Absolutely the best!
