The man who answered the phone doesn't understand or can comprehend English -straight off the bananna boat! I asked if I could order lobster. He said no, which is weird because I've ordered it before at that store. I confirmed what he said, and then he said yes to ordering lobster. I told him I couldn't understand him, so he hung up. Take an ESOL course, not once, but twice, because your killing the business, which I guarentee you don't own!

It ain't dat serious.its a fish market.cashier need to put a smile on his face.u taking people's money, let them feel appreciated.

I was there about a week ago and was treated very disrespectfully. I was there to buy live crabs as i do bi-weekly; usually $100 worth. This time I was greeted with attitude from the cashier that upset me to the point that I had to check him on it. He acted like he didn't want me there much less talk to me when I asked him the price. I told him that he had a very attitude and needed to show a better personality and that started a shouting match with customers in the store. He eventually cursed me out and asked me not to come back. I will never come back and will be taking my $200 a month elsewhere. He said that he was the owner and the young lady that was usually there was his sister, I never had a problem wit the nice young lady, but needs some personality training,

I love this family owned business! Always have what I’m looking for and way better prices than Publix or any other market. Annerys has helped me with trying new seasonings (that they sell in store as well.) Pedro always is so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality seafood AND customer service!

Favorite place to get fresh, wild caught salmon! Super delicious and flavorful and the staff is always nice

Always get the Mullet when I go, and hasn't dissappointed me yet. I think I will try the red snapper next time I go

Walked in walked out I have been to lombardi's many times but figured I would give this place a shot since it’s closer to my home. Selection is very small and mostly frozen. The smell of the place was that of old rotten fish. Fish behind the small “fresh” fish counter didn’t look to be fresh at all. Walked in and right back out currently on my way to Lombardi’s.

Excellent, the gentlemen helped me with my bags today! All of the staff members are nice, and have great interpersonal skills! The blue crabs are the biggest in town, and are heavy!

Most of the workers are great at this location however the cashiers for most parts has no customer service or business mannerism. Especially the cashiers that was working on 07/01/22. Piss poor service not only to me but to more than one costumer and your cameras can show.

Family owned local fish market. Reasonable prices. Great service. You can get your fish cleaned and cut. Highly recommend!

Two star for the workers and the food which is good but the guy the front cashier he has got to go.this man does nothing but gives attitude doesnt answer when u speaking and ik u do speak english. Very disrespectful energy. These the type of people that destroy your business.

Arrived 1.5 hours after opening on a weekend. Place reeked. Not sure if the smell was the current stock or if it just hadn't been deep-cleaned in ages. That close to opening it should still smell of the night crew's cleaning, IMHO. Waiting area could have used a deck scrub. Didn't buy product because the smell was overwhelming. I had been looking forward to trying this shop but I won't be back anytime soon.

One of the worst fish market. They say it is all fresh but it is not and not all of them are wild. Please don’t buy fish here. I bought fish couple of times and the fish was smelly and mushy.

Of all the businesses that I have entered during the Covid-19 crisis. The family of employees here were absolutely strict and careful and went to great lengths to keep every safe and well serviced! I have been coming here for years.

Their attitudes were laser focused on customer safety and they never sacrificed customer service!

Fresh fish Great prices! Super friendly employees! The male cashier, when he is there, he needs to work on his people and social skills (I think he is terribly shy) Other than that I love the place, always clean and everyone always remembers their regular customers and there is always an inspiring message posted on the large board near the cashier!
