1 star is a lot. I got a referral for a consult with a specialist. The specialist told me that I needed a test and a new referral for such test.
I when to Doctor Medical Center to get the referral for the test. They told me that I could use the same referral I used for the consult.
The day of the test, I when to the specialist clinic. They told me that Doctor Medical Center did not give the right referral. I called Medical Center and then they accepted that they did a mistake and they told me that they were going to send the right referral, so I performed the test that day.
That day the person in charge of the referrals was on vacation and then, they send the referral the next day.
At the end because the referral has a date after the test, the insurance do not want ti pay for the procedure.
Now I have a bill of more than $200 because one person did not give the right referral when I requested.
This is a scam and a fraud. I am fighting the fee with Aetna and I will fill a complaint with Florida Consumer protection.
Do not use Doctor Medical Center, they can not do a simple referral. You will have to pay the procedures for yourself.
They are misrepresenting themselves as a company that serve their customer. This company does not have ethic, their license should be revoked by the state. They should be out of business.

I don't know how to recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy, bad service, they are not interested in resolving a referral like it happened to me for a test that the insurance doctor sent me, apart from Dr. Holly and simply the only thing that is interested in calling you to remind you the appointment and let him know that the insurance is uninhabitable, of course it is and will be uninhabitable since I canceled it and I was not interested in continuing in that Clinic because of the poor customer service and because there is no interest in helping you solve any problem or explaining why. It cannot be resolved at that moment, they are simply not interested in helping the client and they simply tell you the doctor is there but she has to wait and her turn for her test is lost because they are not interested. Therefore, I don't know how to recommend it to anyone and you will realize it over time.

Especially in the office at 101 Ave and 40 Street, the service has changed a lot, there is no quality of service. I don't recommend it at the moment.

He focuses 100% on medical and health needs, he is very receptive, kind, affable, very compassionate and with a comprehensive, absolute and multifaceted mastery of all his knowledge that knows how to apply it in each case, circumstance and/or situations specific.
Like Yanisel Grave, administrator of the center, who always tries to be aware of all the needs and satisfaction of all clients as soon as possible, all of which she performs with a very good attitude and willingness in the best interest of contributing to the well-being of patients. I recommend this medical care center 100%.
