Dog Patch Dog Grooming reviews
12Excellent! I've been searching for a place that can help me with trimming my dog's black nails. Most just quickly trim off the very tips. Not the case here. They carefully examine each nail and did a far better job than anyone else, including the vet. I highly recommend.
Jack and Jill get their paw-paws trimmed by Lonnie and the ladies. Price is fair and they r great with my Moms Boston Terriers that are reactive. Cheaper than having nails done at the vet.
Called.left a message to call me back and received no response. I guess they believe their good enough they don't need anybody else. Good for them.
Absolutely incredible people that take such wonderful care of my fur babies. I will never take them any where else! Fair prices for awesome service!
This Groomer and her crew are amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. My dog literally runs into the shop every time she has an appt.
Lonnie is the best. She treats all the animals like they are her own. Very pleasant to deal with. Her assistant, Michelle, is just as nice.
Wonderful I always take both of my dogs there to get the hair cuts and they do a GREAT JOB they are great with dogs also. They are very nice
Very reputable place. This is definitely the place where you can bring your dog have a trustworthy and friendly service.
Amazing at what they do. Huskies are big dogs and hard to be able to do correctly. They did my husky up absolutely wonderful.
Quite a lovely operation. We were traveling and our boys were in need of a serious grooming. They worked us in last minute and stayed late to finish up. My boys look terrific and are much happier all the nasty burrs they picked up are now gone. We are all happier they smell so much better. If I lived in the area, I'd use them all the time.
About an hour after I dropped my puppy off, I got a call from Lonnie. In a rude, offensive, non professional way, she said grooming my puppy was not working out. It was not fair to him or to her. She asked if I EVER brush him. She said he wasn't trained for grooming. I told her I'd come pick him up.
When my friends and I got to her store, she apologised, said she shouldnt have been so offensive. She said she understood she upset me.
My points to her were/are: she didnt offer solutions. I would've paid more and taken my puppy for short, more frequent sessions. I would've worked with her. Sorry, I thought the groomer is the one with the training. I didn't know my puppy should be "grooming trained". This was his 2nd and last time with her. I don't appreciate the snarky comments her helper made in the background. Also, how can she compare my 1 year old puppy's misbehavior to a 5 year old dog doing what he should? Last comment: before she started her rant, she should have asked if I had a private moment to talk bc I was at my friend's house and 5 of us were in the room, listening to every negative comment she made and she wasnt even on speaker phone. When I left, she said see you later. I said, no, u won't and her helper said WOW! I should've asked her, Do u really think i would trust my puppy's care to you, Wow! Hell No!
Alyssa was professional and friendly. She was very gentle with my chihuahua on his first visit. She did a great job in a timely manner.
