Contacted this business, they don’t respond to text messages however the only first time I spoke with someone, this person was very rude.

Zero customer service skills whatsoever.

Very nice people. I really felt Jake was in good hands. Highly recommend. Very convenient to have them come to my house instead of having to run back and forth.

They cancelled my services because i did not spend enough money with them. Only cares about $$. Beware!

They denied my dog getting groomed because my dog was " too old " and " matted " when the dog was not matted. Also changed the price last minute and when I brought light to that issue, I was told that's just how it is because she is the owner. Very unprofessional. Also time is an issue with their company, my appointment was at 11 and they did not show till 12: 30. The workers are also very disrespectful.

We were very happy with the service we received from Doggy's Dreams. And considering they come to YOU, social distancing is not an issue, and obviously you get to schedule when it's convenient for you.

Our dog had never been groomed before, but she was extremely accepting and not at all stressed by the experience. She got a bath and a little grooming (she's short hair so there's not all that much fur that needed cutting) and nails done. Her nails were not just cut, but filed and smooth. I don't know what they use for shampoo, but she smelled fresh for weeks!

We absolutely recommend them. As a matter of fact, we're scheduling her next grooming this month.

The lady is wonderful, but her husband he does a terrible job. He showed up, took our dog, I said we wanted half shave. He said only shave full and handed him back to me and walked away. I have done service with them in the past, but every time the guys showed up, I was disappointed with the service, and he always charged me more than his wife. He wanted to charge me $70 just to shave my dog off, and my dog is a Yorkie Terrier he only weights 4 pounds.

They are definitely professional people. My experience was exceptional since my Siberian husky dog was very clean, hygienic and with a good smell. Thanks for his service!

Very upset, waited a few months for this service to get canceled the day before scheduled. Claiming covid which is acceptable if true but completely cancelling and not rescheduling is just not great business.

Do not send your pet to this company after my pet was groomed she started having walking issues to her back legs. Took her to the vet X-ray was normal was told it was probably neurological problem I believe their was trauma from this groomer.

VERY very excellent company! I can not be more thankful of calling this lovely company, the lady that answers the phone is very nice very professional and not to mention the groomer is so well nice he is lovely with my princes (LULU). She is very nervous and she gets very good along with the groomer! What i love about this company is that is just one groomer and the lady witch i assume is his wife answering the phone. GUYS YOU NEED TO TRY THIS COMPANY I GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOU WILL BE AS MUCH AS I AM IN LOVE WITH THEM! Thank you for treating my (LULU) with so much love! I appreciate you guys you will always have my family’s support!
