Ed grooms our dog and does a great job! Easy to make appointments, professional, friendly and best of all Lucy loves him. Doesn't come back all stressed out like she used to in other places. I highly recommend them.

We been using Lisa for 2 decade's and she has always been very professional. She has been great with all of our dogs over the years and does a great job.

She's been taking care of our dog for approximately 5 years and every time has been outstanding would recommend her for all your grooming needs

What a horrible, unprofessional experience today with ownerner Lisa. My appointment was for 11: 45, around 12 I texted her to see if she was on her way, she said 5 min, ended up being 20 min, I just wanted to make sure I had the righr day and time. I have been using her for 2 yrs now. Today is my day off, when she arrived i asked if she could give me an earlier appointment as its smack in the middle of the day and hinders me for errands etc. She said I STRESS her out and just left.
The last groom she was early and couldnt get in as I dont bring my phone to the pool I was excercising, I told her I would be back in time for 10: 45 groom, whick I was back at 10: 37, she was STRESSED about that also. She barely looks or talks to my dog, he cries when he sees her so all in all this ended up being good for my precious dog.
I would not recommend her at all! I said you are here can you please do my dog today, she refused! I was dumbfounded.

Eddie was very pleasant and friendly.did a beautiful job and Maggie came back to me happy.

Expected higher price but $80 for a buzz on a small dog too steep for my tiny pocketbook.
