Grooming Review: Friendly staff and good rate for a first time customer, but disappointed in the timing and service. I was told there was availability all morning, but when I dropped off my eight month old puppy, they told me to pick her up in two hours. When I came to pick her up, she was still damp. So not only did she have to sit in a crate unnecessarily (I could have scheduled for any time that day), she wasn’t even done being groomed when I arrived.
