Not very good. Skipper didn't talk much, but the route showed beautiful homes and did finally see dolphins.

Great experience, we saw a lot of dolphins this day! Guide was funny and knowledgeable about the area. The tour does not have their own dock, they use a local one and they do explain all of this if you book directly through their site plus you get a confirmation email stating the same. Put the address directly in your GPS and you will have no problems finding it! I saw past reviews were people were having issues with their tickets, do not book through a 3rd party use their actual site and you will be fine! Definitely worth it if you want to relax!

10 outta 10 I recommend! Captain Bob is the bomb. He gives a down home tour of the river and he is hilarious. My pups loved it too. We saw sooo many dolphins.

We had a lot of fun on this tour. We are locals but havnt been out on the water a lot and have rarely seen dolphins. My kids had a blast watch the dolphins playing. Capt Bob was a great tour guide as well.

They’re both highly experienced guides! We were able to see turtles, dolphins, a sting ray, and plenty of birds, beautiful scenery and architecture.
We had a family of 8; infants, to adult- Diane make our kids feel comfortable with books, bracelets, and fun facts.everyone enjoyed themselves!

The tour was fun! The captain was very sweet and knowledgeable. He went out of his way numerous times to find dolphins for us and gave us a lot of insight on the birds as well as locals. I booked the tour through Groupon and scheduled it by email. He was very quick with responding and I booked literally the night before the tour. Will definitely do again next time I’m in the area!

I definitely wish I saw more though and stayed by the dolphins longer. But still so glad I did this!

DO NOT BOOK THIS GUY THROUGH GROUPON. OR AT ALL ACTUALLY. I BELIEVE HE'S FIGURED OUT A WAY TO SCAM PEOPLE. EVERYONES SAYING THE SAME THING. HE DOESNT RETURN YOUR CALLS FROM HIS MAIN LINE, EVER. HIS 800# SERVICE "CANT FIND" YOUR GROUPON VOUCHERS (AND AFTER OPENING THE VOUCHER YOU CANT GET A REFUND) AND HE'LL RESPOND TO YOUR 1ST EMAIL INQUIRY TO TELL YOU TO SEE THE CALENDAR ON HIS WEBSITE. WELL, YOU CANT BOOK THROUGH HIS WEBSITE WITH A GROUPON. HE KNOWS THIS. AND HE WILL NOT RESPOND BEYOND THAT. I THINK HE POCKETS THE MONEY THROUGH GROUPON.

Had a wonderful time. The captain was informative, entertaining, and did a great job finding and getting us close to dolphins and even a manatee. Kids and adults all had fun.

Take a lazy pontoon boat tour of local wild life and geography without getting totally windblown. Great if you have kids or seniors in your party.just goto the bathroom BEFORE you leave for the boat ramp since they don't have a bathroom on this particular boat. Super laid back and often has Groupon specials for groups of people.

This company doesn't stay away for sale boats that are constantly carzing problems and they purposely go near sailboat that are a anchor to cut their anchors

Ordered Groupon for this checked online for availability so I email to confirm dates and they claim they have no dates available for 5 days In a row.just don't want to accept the Groupon then you shouldn't have it on there.will never try to go here again.actually the Groupon was fine it was your business that lied and claimed you have no available times.but your website shows you actually do have times available.like I said if you don't want to accept the Groupon then remove your business from there its that simple.your just pathetic

Gotta admit, that I did expect to see more, but that probably depends on the day and time.that being said, there was still plenty to see, dolphins, manatees, birds all while touring the indian/banana River. Boat captain was extremely nice, gave a great well informed tour.the 90 minutes is a perfect amount of time to relax and enjoy the peaceful ride.no complaints, will book another tour for sure

Stay Way! Owner was extremely inappropriate. Called us liar's and cheaters and tried to get an additional 250 above the price we paid. This was all BEFORE our tour - having limited interaction. I can not imagine what the tour would have been like. Literally told us he doesn't need any business.

Despite the inclement weather, this Dolfun Tour was amazing. Our captain was knowledgeable and made sure everyone had an awesome learning experience. Highly recommend!

I made a reservation and asked how I should make a payment, I was asked to text my credit card info, I texted back that I’m not comfortable texting my card and if I can call in instead, I got no response, I ended up paying using the 1800 number.
I successfully made a private reservation for the entire boat, gathered my group then traveled over 70 miles, it was a family trip that included adults and children, 2 hours before the trip I get a note of cancellation due to “poor weather conditions“, all I saw was beautiful weather in the mid 80’s and very calm conditions.
The kids were disappointed after being excited about the trip and I had 2 adults over 70 years old who don’t travel that easy.
I wish captain Bob would be me responsive and reconsider his communication strategy, and please be more respectful of people’s plans.

3.3 stars? Are you kidding me, this dude is funny, smart, runs a great business. Bought a Groupon and followed the directions and had NO problems. Great experience.
