The whole experience was very professional, and very timely. I originally submitted a request via text and email. I received a response within 24 hours with a price. I had a question about stain guard which they answered. We set up a day to clean a three year old microfiber couch, and two ottomans. They arrived on time. They took care and protection in my home not to damage anything. They showed me what type of dirt they extracted from the couch and how to further protected it in the future. They have great attitudes, friendly, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Quality work for similar pricing that I found from other contractors.
