Dollar General reviews
5Dollar General is great but today I had a problem with a price being charged even after I address the price. But normally I have no issues
I have often wondered what the appeal is of Dollar General until my wife needed a couple of things for baking. Surely I thought they wouldn't have that. I was wrong. Both times I was sent on cooking supplies errands it was a score. Even more their prices helped my wallet. However the delicious Dollar General brand candy was on sale which didn't help my diet. I will worry about that after Thanksgiving. That is correct they were open on Thanksgiving.
Went in to check out new store, it seemed a little bigger than most. The cashier was friendly enough, the only issue was a price discretion. There was a tag on the shelf but when I cashed out, I was told the sale on the item expired the day before. Then get rid of all the signs.
Guy always on his phone, I asked how are you he was so into his text message he didn't even acknowledge the fact I was talking. Then after he got everything bagged he was still on his phone when my card was in the reader for a few minutes. I even said did you push the debit button. Again he was to busy on his phone my 2 minutes turned into 10. This is not the first time. I live a block away and will now drive the extra few miles to the one on new berlin.
Here at 9: 40 on a Tuesday and doors are locked and employees aren’t letting customers in. Guess they don’t need the business
