Dollar General, Lake City FL

Went to 2 different stores. First one didn't have either item I was looking for. The 2nd only had one of the things I needed. Maybe next time.

The girl working the register (store 10962) on July 26,2021 at 4 pm was very rude and unfriendly! Hope the manager reads this and makes her work harder on her people skills (or work on them at all for that matter).

Always too much stock on floors not on shelf. Staff preoccupied with other things, don't stock shelves. After 3 days still same goods on carts. I give up!

Grocery shopped here. Close proximity to my residence. I found everything on my shopping list with ease. I can navigate with my eyes closed in this location. Will return. No complaints. No lines. Staff pleasant and helpful.

I love it because it's so close to my rural home! I can drive 4 miles instead of 30 to get some groceries.

Very economical, almost any where you go. You can find a Dollar General, and it's convient, and has lots products that I just love

Dirty, dirty, dirty, cluttered, very disorganized and did I mention dirty? Oh yeah, and it was filthy.

The one over here by my house across from the high school isn't a good one. There are workers there that arent nice or even helpful. They are lazy when coming to filling product up and a few times I've ran in to spiderwebs on the items I've taken off the shelves. Now if you want great service and a well oiled machine store go to the one that's in the Lake City Plaza they're amazing over there. The Gm is very sweet and helpful. She remembers everyone of her loyal customers and recognizes the new comers. That is very hard to find these days. Enjoy there clean and up kept store and can truly say id rather drive a few miles to get way better service and be happy.

Nice selection of groceries and household items. A little cluttered at times.like most DG's I suppose lol.

I prefer DG over Walmart because what I need is usually carried there. Sadly paper goods and dog's treats are most frequently gone when i come but im certain that it's due to the extremely high quality and demand. Prices are always very good and the 2 stores i frequently use have great employees. They are polite, helpful and can tell me where everything is.

Very convenient as it's close to my house. Literally feels like there's one every 5 miles or less. Good prices and they have a little bit of everything.

Rude blonde girl with glasses and arm tattoos. She stated talking to a customer or friend with her back to me, saw me put my things on the counter then ignored me fir several minutes. I finally said "excuse me hate to intrupt" and she then looked irritated, rolled her eyes and said "that's not my register" then co tuned talking to her friend! Are you kidding me?
No greeting either.
Everyone else who works here is very friendly though.
I did not complain to the store manager but I should have.
They are always out of things too.
I understand that's due to the plandemic and covid hoax. I'd give a better review if it weren't for her who was rude to me twice!
They dont like giving receipts either.
Yet she was super nice to the black guy before me, but treated me like she hated me. Maybe that was her boyfriend. I dont care but you should treat all customers the same without bias.
The older lady is super nice every time. Everybody else is nice. Still, wont go back cuz of her. I dont need to be treated like a scumbag just because I dont fit your politics or political correctness. If shes rude to me again I'm telling the boss. "Tabatha" I think. Gives me dirty looks too. I cant stand this ghetto culture and stuck up people.

Always dirty, always has stock in the way in the aisles, not the selection it used to have. But still the cheapest place to buy a little notebook.

Well stocked but they had enough staff to get you out fast.usually dollar stores have one person and the Lions backup 425 deep with no one to open up another register

Everytime I go in this store it is a constant mess. You cannot walk anywhere due to carts being in the way. Junk in the aisle. I usually just drive to a farther away location. I do not get why the store manager constantly gets away with the store looking so bad.
