Dollar General, North Port FL

Place is a sauna. I don't think they have working AC. Cashier dripping wet with sweat.

This store is so hot inside. I notice the manager keeps the front doors open on cooler days to make it more comfortable for customers. I don't think they have A/C here! How do you not have AC in FL?

Employees totally unwilling to provide any type of customer service above selling Marlboro reds. Store looks like trash and Joey the cashier is obviously miserable and takes it out on customers. Rang up as debit and realized I forgot my card I had cash and I was very apologetic realizing my mistake but she had to make it seem like a huge deal to change the transaction to cash so much of a fuss that I had to leave the store without purchasing anything.you would have thought I asked her for a kidney. All I wanTed was to pay my 4.28 in cash.won’t ever go back in there again and I’ll make sure other don’t either.

As a frequent customer I would like to give Wendy credit for such an outstanding stocked and clean store. She goes beyond to help customers feel welcomed and appreciated,! Keep up the great work.

Really sucks staff were asking ID for ages over 40 to buy cigarettes.also staff were not accepting $100.00 one bill.

Dirtiest DG ever. No soap in restroom for anyone let alone employees to wash with. No lid on toilet. No Toilet paper. Just gross. I had to pee so bad and I would rather pee my pants then use this facility. Service is ok but the place is dirty.

Ok it's been years now and this dollar general has really come long way. The staff is helpful, they talk and joke with you, it makes for a pleasurable shopping experience. It is definitely my go to store now!

This is my very favorite store! Has everything I need when it comes to a quick trip for the staples. I always find what i need and always find things that i don't. The employees I swear are all so nice that I feel like they are part of the fam! Always ready to lend a hand if I look like I can't find what I need and always willing to look in back for something that is out on the shelf. The prices here are always great. I love this place!

Bigger DG store with a lot of cooler space. They have just about everything and nice associates, too.

I also love their home decor. Very cute and affordable.

Clean, neat, good variety. Respectful cashiers. Prices are actually more costly overall per oz of product in a dollar store than say, Walmart, so thats why I don't go more often.

I always love this place to get my laundry soap when it's on sale and the odds and ends that you catch on sale also a great deal

A lot of variety of products, the shelf are organized and clean, Is a nice store. Unfortunately one of the employees (Laura) is always bitter, in a bad mood and really bad attitude. She always throws the things in my bags and is rude with the customers even in front of the kids.
The other employees are nicer, good, friendly and helpful. Customers service is REALLY IMPORTANT in any business. Thank you.

They need to fix the ladies room it's been out of order for over a year. The restroom is filthy. The staff could be a little bit nicer instead of sounding stuck up. Tired of standing in line for one register. Need more employees need more registers open. It's ridiculous!

It's a good store to get novelty things for your home and I also use certain cleaning products when they're on sale.
