Dollar General, Gainesville FL

This store is a complete disaster! Never fails when you come in here only one person working came in to get sugar and the person working said if it not in counter then we don’t have some! Ridiculous that the store has to look in these conditions! Even people that come into buy stuff can’t even get into aisles! This is a fire hazard and I Will be forwarding these photos to the fire marshal!

It’s 8: 45 am and the times of operation says 8: 00 am. The doors are locked and no one is answering phone. Somebody should be let go.

Great this place is close to my home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good selections of everything, but agree with others they run out of things quickly, but its a busy store. Also 100% agree Amanda is getting the store to top notch.

I have been going to this specific store for about two year and I can truly say when the new Manager Amanda started to take over there has been a huge difference… the store is actually stocked and if there isn’t something I needed they will do there best to find it for me. The new staff is great, Brian is also an amazing employee he as well will go out of his way to ask if we found everything we needed and if we didn’t he will try to find it. Overall, always an amazing experience at this store!

They need a negative star rating. I placed an order for pickup in this store, they confirmed pickup time, took the money out of my account and told me in the store they don't do that! My bank and attorney will deal with them- they are full of bull water! Oh yeah, and even corporate does not answer their phone!

The employees are super friendly. Always nice and willing to help. Just out of stock on a lot of items

Most of the time I only can get maybe 50% of what I go after.they are always out of everything.

Very messy store, lot of gossiping and issues among employees. Needs more staff to stock merchandise and good to keep with the demand. Too many time I have gone and freezers are empty or not stocked.

Not enough parking space. It is a small store. It is good for simple things that you may need at the spur of a moment. I go there to get things such as tissue, soap, washing powder and things like that while I am in town visiting. It's convenient.

Bad and getting worse they shut down the one on 75th street plus there is hardly every any product on the shelves and the isles are full of product not put out and you can't shop because there are things in the way and hardly any workers

Very friendly people at this Dollar general was only one lady that work there that was kind of rude when I came there I don't know what was her problem maybe she was just having a bad day but when I do go there and I'll pick in the doors and see how they are do not go in I can always come back to another one or go to a different store cuz my first experience with her with my last experience with her

Needed items for my new apartment. Found everything I needed at great prices and under budget! Cashier was also very nice and fast!

The store was a bit messy but 5 stars to the associate working. She was super helpful and very kind!

This store is always a pleasure to shop at. Their employees are always busy with something even if the store isn't, which doesn't occur much. It's clean & organized & has a great 1,00 aisle
