Dollar General, Port Orange FL

Pretty ridiculous when you have a digital coupon on your account for something as simple as 2.00 off gain laundry detergent and the self checkout won't pull up that coupon that they can't manually enter it when you show them the coupon. The old lady associate was extremely rude about the situation so I just left the store. I spend so much money here to be dismissed over a 2.00 coupon. Maybe you should treat your employees how to be nice in this situation. To lose a customer over a small coupon is ridiculous

Thank u to the lady who helped me out with my child’s Tylenol and Motrin/ibuprofen! She noticed right away I was very frustrated already going from store to store to find infant Tylenol she got what I needed so I could go home to take care of my kids!

I always go to this store and they have always had great customer service. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love the cashier great personality great with customers I didn't get her name but she had lots of pretty tattoos. The manager as well hes awesome very attentive.

The manager there is so mean and talks to people like they are trash but the rest of the staff is nice.

I rarely shop this location, only because I have one closer to me, the cashier was FANTASTIC, MANG.also very nice. Thank you for WONDERFUL shopping experience.

They layout of where some stuff was didn't make sense to me and made it difficult to find some of the things I was looking for.

Employees are not nice.there check out line is terrible.ten plus People in line and they Don't call for help.check out is right in front of entrance so there is a people jam right there. Displays cases right in way.aisles are Toooooo narrow.can hardly get basket down it.not even wide enough for just 2 People with No carts. They Need a Bigger Store here in Port Orange Florida on S. Ridgewood Ave.

Staff is awesome! Everytime I come in it's friendly faces, and they all have awesome attitudes and work ethics! Mark, Glen the manger, Zach and 3 of the females that work their are great, not sure of there names but ones a petite young woman w/dark hair, pretty brown eyes, a great personality and amazing work ethic from what I've seen Everytime I come in. She was training a new cashier Mary, and the other young lady is a very nice an polite black girl that's always smiling when checking out thanks D. G.for getting some great hardworking an awesome crew members

Employees are not real clear on what items are on sale and if they are they cant tell how much. There price signs are also confusing

I like the story's inventory but the customer service is awful. You are always waiting in a long line. They take forever to open a second line and they are way more interested in stocking shelves than helping customers. They won't even get out of the way when you're trying to find something. The manager is the rudest of all so you know where the employees get their mindset

Waiting in checkout too long, second employee opened up and started new line leaving us to stand there waiting for 15inutes

I like this Dollar General very much. It is close to home and saves me a lot of time and money and stress going to Walmart at the other side of town. I like the staff, too. They try very hard.

Over the years, everything I liked and always used, were OMITTED from DOLLAR GENERAL BUT APPEARED IN FAMILY DOLLAR. I can still get MY MAINE COON CAT'S CHOICE OF Cat food and a variety of cat litter.
